A tensioning bar assembly for a tensioning assembly of a drive system of an agricultural machine includes a longitudinal bar having a top end, a bottom end, and a threaded portion. An attachment device is coupled to the top end to attach to a tensioning arm. A compression spring is located around a portion of the longitudinal bar. A first spring retainer engages with and retains a first end of the spring. A first locking nut fits to the threaded portion of the bar and retains the first spring retainer longitudinally in place relative to the bar. The longitudinal bar is rotationally freely coupled to the attachment device to permit free axial rotation of the bar about its longitudinal axis relative to the attachment device, and an engagement head is attached to and located at or proximate the bottom end of the longitudinal bar for engagement with a tool.

ADJUSTABLE DAMPING MECHANISM FOR TENSIONER DEVICE

Described herein is a tensioner device, and assemblies and methods of manufacture thereof. The tensioner device may be adapted to create a target tension in an associated belt based on the measured length of the belt and/or measure characteristics of a biasing element, such as a stiffness of the biasing element. A biasing element may exhibit a measured stiffness and be associated with a damping assembly and a base of the tensioner device. An engagement member may be associated with the damping assembly for movement therewith and angularly displaceable relative to the base and the biasing element to tension the belt. In one example, the biasing element may be connected to the damping assembly at a position determined by the measured stiffness to define a value of the angular displacement of the engagement member relative to the biasing element and create a target tension in the belt.

Chain guide

To provide a chain guide that can improve transportability and assembly operation efficiency, while also ensuring stable running of a timing chain and enhancing durability, with a simple structure. The chain guide has a guide shoe that slidably guides a chain, and a chain guide body that supports the guide shoe. A compression limiter having an attachment hole through which a mounting bolt for attaching the chain guide to an attachment target member passes is fitted in a fixing through hole extending through the chain guide body in a width direction thereof. A compression limiter holding mechanism is provided either to the compression limiter or to a hole rim part including the fixing through hole of the chain guide body in order to hold the compression limiter.

Skid steer manure spreader attachment

The skid steer manure spreader attachment includes a main bucket compartment, a cover, and a beater shaft. The bucket, cover, and beater shaft are preferably formed of welded steel. The bucket has an industry standard quick attach plate on the back so it can be quickly attached to any standard skid steer, and is a standard width. A hydraulic motor operates the beater shaft and the cover. The beater shaft has blades angled in two directions. The beater shaft spins forward so the beater blades through manure out of the top of the bucket, above the shaft. The hydraulic motor drives the top sprocket, and a chain drives the bottom sprocket. A tensioner pivots on one screw to allow the user to tension the chain as needed.
