A 3D seal assembly is provided. The 3D seal assembly includes a rotational assembly and a stationary assembly for high misalignment operating environments. The rotational assembly includes a sleeve and a collar coupled together. The stationary assembly includes a housing with a recess on a radially inward side of the housing. A lip seal assembly, sized to fit within the recess, comprises at least one elastomeric seal element and spacer. At least one elastomeric seal element has a radially extending portion that engages the stationary assembly housing and an axially extending portion that engages with a running surface on the radially outer surface of the rotational assembly. A retention plate is coupled to the stationary assembly housing with a compression fastener. The assembly using compression fasteners allows for field disassembly and repair.

A seal assembly includes an outer annular case disposed within and coupled with a rotatable outer member to be angularly displace about a central axis. An annular flexible seal is disposed within and coupled with the case to angularly displace about the central axis when the outer member rotates about the axis. The flexible seal has elastomeric sealing lip(s) engageable with an outer circumferential surface of the shaft or of a sleeve disposed about the shaft. An annular inner rigid seal is disposed within the outer case and has an inner end coupled with the shaft or the sleeve, the flexible seal being radially displaceable with respect to the inner rigid seal. An outer annular rigid seal is disposed about the inner seal and has an inner end sealing against the inner rigid seal. A biasing member biases the outer rigid seal against the inner rigid seal.

A stop seal for application of high temperature and high pressure is disclosed. A stop seal contains a first seal member and a second seal member, wherein the stop seal can prevent a fluid of high temperature and high pressure from leaking into an atmospheric space because, when the fluid of high temperature is introduced and the first seal member is moved toward a direction adjacent to a pump shaft, an opposite side of the second seal member is moved from a first position to a second position by the first seal member so as to block a gap between a pump side and a housing.
