Centred butterfly valve
Valve comprising a body (2), a centred butterfly (1), mounted with the ability to rotate inside the body (2) from an open position revealing the passage to a closed position covering said passage, and a seal (3) arranged inside a housing which is delimited by the seat and by a face, opposite the seat in the closed position, of the butterfly, the seat and the face converging towards the inside in the axial direction. The seal (3) moves freely in the housing.
HIGH-PRESSURE SELF-SEALING BUTTERFLY VALVE
A high-pressure self-sealing butterfly valve, which comprises a valve body and a valve shaft, wherein a flow channel and a butterfly plate are arranged in the valve body, a pure metal sealing ring and a pure metal valve seat are sequentially arranged at a portion, on the outer side of the butterfly plate, of the flow channel, a piston cavity is further formed in a flow direction end face of the pure metal valve seat, and an upper valve shaft and a lower valve shaft are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the valve shaft respectively; an upper end cover assembly and an upper self-sealing assembly are arranged between the end part of the upper valve shaft and the valve body, a lower sealing bottom cover and a lower self-sealing assembly are arranged between the end part of the lower valve shaft and the valve body.
BUTTERFLY VALVE SEAT AND VALVE SEAT CAVITY
The disclosure relates to a butterfly valve having a valve opening defined through the valve body and including a seat retainer fastened to the valve body; a disc with an optimized profile rotatably mounted within the valve opening; an interstice between the disc and valve body; a valve seat cavity defined in the seat retainer and the valve body; a fluid port defined in the valve body, wherein the fluid port is connected to the valve seat cavity and the interstice.
Ball valve with dual sealing structure
A dual sealing ball valve comprises a valve body, conduit line connectors coupled to both sides of the valve body, a hollow ball disposed in the valve body, a sheet holder mounted on an inner circumferential surface of at least one of the conduit line connectors, a main sheet tightly contacting the ball around an inlet of the hollow ball, and an elastic sheet mounted on the front surface of the sheet holder. The sheet holder includes a sheet ring supporting the main sheet and the elastic sheet in a front direction, supporting the elastic sheet towards the main sheet, and pushed in the front direction by a pressurizing retainer and a sheet cap coupled to the sheet ring and contacting the main sheet to pressurize the main sheet in a rear direction and towards the elastic sheet.
Valve seat stiffener
A valve seat device including a valve seat and a seat stiffener, the seat stiffener formed from a non-elastomeric material and positioned on a radially outward-facing surface of the valve seat, an outer diameter of the radially outward-facing surface of the valve seat being greater than an inner diameter of the seat stiffener.
Air intake control valve and air intake apparatus
The present air intake control valve includes a valve body and a seal portion being elastically deformable to seal between an inner wall surface of an air intake port and the valve body. The seal portion is formed in a bending configuration including a first hinge portion and a second hinge portion each serving as a supporting point upon elastic deformation of the seal portion. One of the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion is arranged at an upstream side of the air intake port and the other of the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion is arranged at a downstream side in a state where the valve body is at a closed position.
