MINIMAL LUBRICATION DEVICE WITH FINE ADJUSTMENT OF THE FLOW OF OIL
A minimal lubrication device including a lubricating fluid storing tank, conduit for supplying the lubricant pressurized to at least one modular element. The at least one modular element including a lubricating fluid conduit intercepted by flow regulator and compressed air conduit, such conduits fluidically connected to air and lubricant mixing element. The flow regulator including a shutter that can be at least partially housed in calibrated hole and movable between upper and lower stroke position ends. The calibrated hole in fluid communication, on one side, with pressurized lubricant delivery and, on the other side, with the mixing element. The shutter having at least one conical profile portion insertable in the calibrated hole. The conical profile portion has a surface groove facing a surface defining the calibrated hole at least when the shutter is in an intermediate position between the lower and upper stroke position ends.

Method and apparatus for flow restriction
An adjustable flow restrictor includes a nut, an adjustment screw, and a sleeve. The adjustment screw installs into the nut whereby the adjustment screw and the nut define a pathway therebetween. Adjustment of the adjustment screw relative to the nut varies the pathway with respect to a length thereof. The sleeve fits over the adjustment screw and mates with the nut in order to define a chamber with an outlet. The pathway receives therein a liquid conveyed to the nut and communicates the liquid to the chamber for exit therefrom via the outlet. Adjusting the length of the pathway sets the volumetric flow rate of the liquid traversing the pathway such that the liquid exiting the outlet flows therefrom at a desired volumetric flow rate.
SPIRAL SPRING FLOW REGULATOR
Some embodiments include a flow regulator with a main body dimensioned to be received within a flow passageway that includes an inlet and an adjustable outlet. Further, some embodiments include an inner chamber positioned in the main body extending from at least proximate the inlet of the main body along at least a partial length of the main body and positioned as an upstream section. Some embodiments include a compressible or expandable extending vane extending from the main body and extending around the inner chamber. Some further embodiments include an adjustable fluid flow space extending around or over at least a portion of the extended vane that is configured to receive at least some fluid from at least a portion of the flow passageway, where the fluid comprises a fluid flow rate and a fluid pressure.
Deluge valve with valve seat drain
A valve (10) for sealing and selectively opening a flow path from a water-filled inlet (210) to a dry outlet (220) includes a valve body (100) having a valve opening (230) surrounded by first and second annular valve seat regions (110, 120). A drainage channel (510, 512)) connects to a space between the first and second annular valve seat regions (110, 120). A plug (300) is displaceable between an open state and a closed state for closing the valve opening (230). The plug has a first annular seal (310) for sealing against first annular valve seat region (110) and a second annular seal (350) for sealing against the second annular valve seat region (120). The second annular seal (350) is a flexible seal deployed so that it closes prior to closure of the first annular seal (310). Second annular seal (350) is elastically deformed so as to be pressed into contact with the second annular valve seat (120) when the plug (300) reaches its closed state.
Spring controlled valve
The present disclosure provides a spring controlled valve including a spring being movable between an expanded position wherein coils of the spring are spaced apart from one another thereby permitting gas flow through the valve and a compressed position wherein the coils are in contact with one another thereby substantially preventing gas flow through the valve.
