VALVE DEVICE
A valve, which is rotated about a rotational axis, includes a valve outer peripheral portion. The valve outer peripheral portion has a valve inflow port for supplying fluid to a flow passage of the valve outer peripheral portion and valve outflow ports for discharging the fluid from the flow passage. The valve outflow ports include: a main outflow port which is configured to communicate with a whole of a seat opening of a valve seat; and a plurality of intermediate outflow ports, each of which is configured to communicate with a portion of the seat opening. An axial dimension of each intermediate outflow port, which is measured in an axial direction of the rotational axis, is smaller than an axial dimension of the seat opening, which is measured in the axial direction. The axial dimension of each intermediate outflow port is progressively changed in a circumferential direction.
Seal and regulator valve
The present disclosure discloses a seal and a regulating valve having the seal. The seal is used for sealing a flow channel between a pipe orifice of a housing and a valve body in the regulating valve. The seal includes an elastic member and an embedded member. The elastic member is ring-shaped, the embedded member is at least partially embedded in the elastic member, and the hardness of the embedded member is greater than that of the elastic member. The seal of the present disclosure has a simple structure, which not only enables miniaturization of the structure of the regulating valve, but also can simplify assembly steps of the regulating valve, thus facilitating assembly automation of the regulating valve.
VALVE ASSEMBLY
A multi-way valve assembly includes a valve housing having a plurality of fluid ports, a first valve member having one or more first flow channels defined therethrough and a first shaft, rotation of which causes rotation of the first valve member relative to the housing, the first valve member defining a cavity, and a second valve member arranged within the cavity of the first valve member and having one or more second flow channels defined therethrough and a second shaft. Rotation of the second shaft causes rotation of the second valve member relative to the housing. The assembly also includes a locking mechanism configured to, in a locked position, cause the second valve member to rotate with the first valve member relative to the housing and, in an unlocked position, to permit the second valve member to rotate relative to the first valve member and the housing.
Ball valve with multi-angular sealing for coolant control regulator
A coolant control regulator assembly that comprises a plurality of modular housings, an actuator, and a plurality of ball valves. The actuator is operatively connected to at least one of the plurality of modular housings. Each of the modular housings comprises an internal cavity, at least one inlet port, and at least one outlet port. Further, each of the internal cavities includes one of the plurality of ball valves positioned therein. At least one of the plurality of ball valves comprises a plurality of apertures that are configured to align with the at least one inlet port and the at least one outlet port in certain rotational positions.
Smart actuator with fault detection and resolution
An actuator for controlling a flow regulation device. The actuator includes a drive device coupled to the flow regulation device and a motor coupled to the drive device and operable to move the drive device. The actuator further includes a processing circuit configured to receive a first measurement of a characteristic, control the actuator to reposition the flow regulation device in a first direction, receive a second measurement of the characteristic, determine an installation error associated with at least one of the actuator and the flow regulation device based on the first measurement and the second measurement.
Portable bubble water bottle and control valve thereof
A portable bubble water bottle includes a shell, a separation tank, a bottom cover, and a gas supply device. A liquid storage space and a gas supply space are individually defined on the upper and the lower sides of the separation tank. A hole is defined on the separation tank to connect the liquid storage space and the gas supply space. The gas supply device includes a gas cylinder and a control valve in the gas supply space. The opening of the gas cylinder is toward the bottom. The gas is transferred from the gas cylinder, through the control valve and the hole of the separation tank, to the liquid storage space. The invention has the advantages of increasing the dissolved gas in liquid, great safety in use, easy operation, reducing the gas escape rate, and customization in use.
AIR RELEASE STRUCTURE OF INTEGRATED FLOW CONTROL MECHANISM
An air release structure of an integrated flow control mechanism includes a flow control housing, a radiator nipple provided on an upper portion of the flow control housing and forming a bypass passage portion together with the flow control housing, a float provided in the bypass passage portion and an elastic member to support the float elastically and to selectively open the bypass passage portion.
Bypass Strainer Valve Assembly and Method
A bypass strainer valve assembly can be used for controlling the flow of a fluid. The bypass strainer valve assembly can have a valve body with a valve body inlet, a valve body outlet, and a filter chamber. A first valve element can be moveable within the valve body between a first position and a second position, and a second valve element can be moveable within the valve body between a first position and a second position. The first valve element in the first position and the second valve element in the first position can be configured to cooperatively direct fluid through the filter chamber, as the fluid flows from the valve body inlet to the valve body outlet.
BALL VALVE ASSEMBLY
A ball valve assembly includes a ball element arranged to be rotated by rotation of a shaft in engagement with the ball element, the ball element having first and second flow channels defined therethrough, a first inlet port at a first end of said first flow channel, a first outlet port at a second end of the first channel, a second inlet port at a first end of the second flow channel and a second outlet port at a second end of the second channel.
