Mix manifold and valve seal assembly
A mix manifold (16) includes a plurality of valves to control the flow of material therethrough. First and second valves (36a, 36b) are linked for simultaneous actuation. The first and second valves each include valve members (56a, 56b) disposed within and rotatable relative to seal bodies (58a, 58b). The valve members seal against the seal bodies and the seal bodies seal against the manifold. A solvent valve (36c) also includes a valve member (56c) in a seal body (58c). The first and second valves are configured to open only when the solvent valve is closed. The solvent valve is configured to open only when the first and second valves are closed. The solvent valve can rotate between a plurality of positions to control the flow of solvent to flowpaths downstream of the first and second valves.
VALVE SYSTEM FOR PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS
A valve system, for use with a cylinder having an extensible rod, includes a first valve assembly having a first inlet/outlet port, a check valve biased toward a closed state, the check valve having a check valve body at least partially receivable within a first port of the cylinder, a flow control valve positioned in series between the first inlet/outlet port and the check valve, and a first pilot port selectively communicable with a source of pressurized gas for opening the check valve. The valve system further includes a second valve assembly having a second inlet/outlet port, a second pilot port through which the pressurized gas must flow before being introduced to the first pilot port, and a valve body at least partially receivable within a second port of the cylinder.
Dual Latching Microvalves
A valve for use in connection with microfluidic devices includes a safety feature such that flow is controlled even in the case of a loss of power, thus having applications in critical applications such as the precise delivery of drugs overtime. The valve may be used in connection with multiple tubes delivering drugs, and may be used with a pump, such as an electrochemical pump, to provide the force to move the fluids containing drugs for delivery. In certain applications, more than one medicine may be delivered and metered independently using a single pump with multiple reservoirs and valves.
HOT AND COLD WATER MIXING VALVE DEVICE
The hot and cold water mixing valve device includes a hot and cold water mixing valve unit; a flow control valve unit; a valve device main body; a hot and cold water mixing valve housing; and a flow control valve housing; and wherein the valve device main body includes: a hot water passageway permitting communication between only the hot water inlet of the valve device main body and the hot water inlet of the hot and cold water mixing valve unit; and a cold water passageway permitting communication between only the cold water inlet of the valve device main body and the cold water inlet of the hot and cold water mixing valve unit are formed on the interior of the valve device main body.
PIPE CLEANING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF CLEANING A PIPING SYSTEM USING THE SAME
A pipe cleaning assembly has a connection fixture having a body defining a cavity. A first aperture, opposing first auxiliary aperture coaxially aligned with the first aperture, second aperture, and opposing second auxiliary aperture coaxially aligned with the second aperture are in fluid communication with the cavity. A first connection flange extends from and surrounds the first aperture, a second connection flange extends from and surrounds the second aperture, a third connection flange extends from and surrounds the first auxiliary aperture, and a fourth connection flange extends from and surrounds the second auxiliary aperture. A first valve is connected to the third connection flange to control fluid flow through the first auxiliary aperture.
Valve apparatus
Disclosed is a valve apparatus, including: one housing where a fluid is introduced and discharged; a first valve part provided inside the housing and configured to control flow of the fluid; a second valve part provided inside the housing such that the fluid is introduced into the second valve part from the first valve part, and configured to control flow of the fluid introduced from the first valve part; and a connection part configured to introduce the fluid discharged from the first valve part in the housing into the second valve part, wherein respective valve shaft directions of the first and second valve parts respectively are non-parallel to each other, and any one of respective valve shafts of the first and second valve parts is parallel to an axial direction of the connection part. In accordance with such a configuration, a plurality of valve parts having different axial directions can be seated in one housing to be connected to each other, so that manufacturability and valve control efficiency can be improved.

Firefighting Valve Assemblies, Hose Lays, Hose Packs, and Methods of Using Same
Various implementations of a firefighting valve assembly are disclosed. The firefighting valve assembly is especially suitable for fighting wildland fires. In some implementation, the firefighting valve assembly has a spatial profile that makes it easy to pack with long bundles of firefighting hose and easy to connect segments of firefighting hose as part of a hose lay. In some implementations, the firefighting valve assembly has a spatial profile that prevents it from inadvertently opening or closing when the hose is moved or pulled along the ground.
