Valve control assembly
A valve control is configured for use with control valves and other flow controls. The valve control leverages a simplified structure to avoid problems with manufacture and reduce costs. This structure includes a support unit that compresses parts of a valve housing together. Inside of the valve housing, the structure incorporates diaphragms that cause a pair of balanced valves to move in response to changes in pressure of fluid in a conduit. For industrial application, the valve control finds use to maintain pressure of natural gas in pipelines downstream from a control valve.
Integrated manifold and valve assembly
An integrated valve and manifold assembly includes a water valve configured to control water flow from one or two valve outlets. At least one of the outlets is coupled to a manifold. In some examples, the manifold is a dual-extrusion manifold having at least one air channel and at least one water conduit, and the water valve has a pair of air channels attached to a periphery of the water valve and configured to couple to the manifold air channels. In examples wherein at least one of the manifolds is a dual-extrusion manifold, a top portion of the assembly includes an air valve configured to control flow of air to air channel(s) of the dual-extrusion manifold. In other examples, the assembly includes a one-outlet or two-outlet water valve configured to couple to water manifolds, with no attached air channels or air valves.
3-PORT VALVE
The invention relates to a 3-port valve for passing fluids therethrough, having a valve body, a port, a first sub-port and a second sub-port, with the port being adjoined by a main line which ends in a connecting region, said first sub-port having a first sub-port line that is connected to the connecting region, said second sub-port having a second sub-port line that is connected to the connecting region, with at least one valve member being arranged in the connecting region, which valve member can be displaced along a valve member axis between an opening position and a closed position thereof in the connecting region, so that, in a first valve position, the port is fluidically connected to the first sub-port, in a second valve position, the port is fluidically connected to the second sub-port, in a third valve position, the port is fluidically connected to both the first and second sub-ports, in a fourth valve position, the port is fluidically connected neither to the first sub-port nor to the second sub-port. The invention is characterized in that the valve body is formed from a high-tempered steel, or other suitable material, with the valve body being produced from a solid ingot and with the connecting region, the main port, the first sub-port line and the second sub-port line having been machined into the steel ingot. Heat transfer medium lines for passing a HTM therethrough are also machined into the same valve body to regulate the temperature of the fluid. Simultaneously or alternatively, electric heating cartridge receptacles may be machined into the valve body ingot.
Shut-off valve, coking drum and method
This disclosure relates to a shut-off valve, in particular a pipe-bridge slide valve, for a coking drum for the production of coke, having at least one pipe socket which has a first end for connection to the coking drum and a second end on which a slider is arranged for opening and closing the coking drum, wherein the pipe socket has a supply connection for filling the coking drum with a medium and a diaphragm which is arranged between the supply connection and the first end of the pipe socket and can be moved into a filling position and into an emptying position, wherein, in the filling position, a diaphragm opening is arranged in the region of the central longitudinal axis of the pipe socket for introducing the medium centrally into the coking drum, and, in the emptying position, the diaphragm opening has a larger passage area than in the filling position.
BOILER PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE AND AUTOMATIC AIR VENT ISOLATION ASSEMBLY
An isolation assembly for a boiler unit that incorporates a pressure relief valve and an automatic air vent to a valve body that includes a valve positioned adjacent to the automatic air vent. The unitary valve body reduces the number of components and leak paths and incorporates a ball valve to permit removing and/or securing the automatic air vent without having to purge the adjacent plumbing system.
DUAL 4-PORT ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE
[Object] To provide a compact, rationally designed, dual 4-port electromagnetic valve that is an electromagnetic valve having functions of two 4-port valves.
[Solution] A dual 4-port electromagnetic valve includes two spools (8a, 8b) slidable independently of each other in a valve hole (7); two pilot valves (4a, 4b) that drive the two spools, respectively; a main supply port (P) that communicates with the valve hole (7) at a position where the two spools face each other; first and second output ports (A1, A2) that communicate with the valve hole (7) on two respective sides of the main supply port (P), first and second discharge ports (E1, E2) that communicate with the valve hole (7) on two respective outer sides of the output ports (A1, A2), third and fourth output ports (B1, B2) that communicate with the valve hole (7) on two respective outer sides of the discharge ports (E1, E2), and first and second supply ports (P1, P2) that communicate with the valve hole (7) on two respective outer sides of the output ports (B1, B2). The main supply port (P) and each of the first and second supply ports (P1, P2) communicate with each other.
SHUT-OFF VALVE, COKING DRUM AND METHOD

Adjustable temperature regulated faucet
A faucet includes a mixing chamber, a bypass chamber, a hot water actuator, a cold water actuator, and a valve assembly. The mixing chamber is in fluid communication with a spout. The bypass chamber is operably coupled to a source of cold water. The cold water actuator is operably coupled to provide, upon actuation, cold water to the mixing chamber. The hot water actuator is operably coupled to provide, upon actuation, hot water to the mixing chamber. The valve assembly has a seal configured to move in a direction away from the spout responsive to a temperature of water in the mixing chamber exceeding a threshold, such that fluid connection is provided between the bypass chamber and the mixing chamber.
Jet shower device
A shower jet device, includes a spray needle arranged in a spray nozzle; a cold water inflow space and a cold water jet outlet formed between the spray nozzle and the spray needle; a hot water inflow space formed between the spray nozzle and a valve body; wherein a cold water inlet respectively in communication with a cold water opening and the cold water inflow space; and a hot water inlet is respectively in communication with a hot water opening and the hot water space.
Faucets Incorporating Valves and Sensors
A hybrid faucet system can include one or more sensors and manual controllers. For example, a faucet system can include a first infrared sensor configured to communicate with processing electronics to initiate a first operating mode of a hybrid faucet responsive to detecting a first activation motion for a first time period. The system can include a first manual controller configured to control a flow rate of hot water into the hybrid faucet system. In some embodiments, the system includes a second manual controller configured to control a flow rate of cold water into the hybrid faucet system.
