A check valve for a solenoid valve inclues a check valve seat that is arranged on an edge of a fluid passage and a movable closing element configured to execute a direction-oriented throughflow and sealing function. The closing element includes a sealing cone, a contact foot with a plurality of outflow grooves formed on the edge, and an elastic sealing ring that is arranged between the contact foot and the sealing cone. The outflow grooves form in each case a seating edge for the elastic sealing ring during sealing. The outflow grooves are configured in each case with an arcuate seating edge, which has a predetermined arc length, so that a circle segment of the elastic sealing ring, with an opening angle in the region of 40° to 120°, butts against the respective seating edge during sealing. A solenoid valve includes the check valve.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE

A directional control valve includes: a housing having a cylindrical spool hole communicating with an inlet port letting a fluid from an external supply source at a predetermined pressure and an outlet port flowing the fluid to a working cylinder; a spool movable in the spool hole axially and changing an amount of flow of the fluid; a first solenoid driving section having a first needle coupled to or integral with a first end portion of the spool and driving the spool; and a second solenoid driving section having a second needle coupled to or integral with a second end portion of the spool and driving the spool, the directional control valve including a pressure equalization circuit equally applying a pressure to the end portions.

The valve housing comprises a first chamber at said first end comprising a gas inlet for receiving a gas and a second chamber at said second end having a plug provided at said second end, and an inter-chamber passageway connecting said first chamber to said second chamber. The valve further comprises a gas outlet provided in said inter-chamber passageway, and a piston provided in said inter-chamber passageway. The piston is movable between a first position wherein said outlet is blocked by said piston and a second position wherein said outlet is not blocked by said piston. The plug has a ventilation passageway extending therethrough. The valve has bypass channel configured to fluidly connect the first chamber to said second chamber and is not aligned with the ventilation passage.

A coolant valve for a motor vehicle. The coolant valve includes a housing with an inlet and an outlet, a valve seat which surrounds a flow cross-section formed between the inlet and the outlet, and a control body which is placeable on and liftable off the valve seat via an actuator. The control body has through-going bores via which the inlet is continuously connected to a chamber on a side of the control body which faces away from the inlet, a first annular protrusion which axially extends towards the valve seat and via which the control body is placed on the valve seat, a wall which extends radially between the first annular protrusion and the through-going bores, and an axial groove which extends in a circumferential direction and which is delimited radially to an outside by the first annular protrusion and radially to an inside by the wall.

Electromagnetic valve

An electromagnetic valve has a valve housing; a valve body disposed inside the valve housing and movable in a reciprocating manner; an urging member configured to urge the valve body in one direction; and a drive device which is connected to the valve housing and applies a drive force to the valve body. A drive rod of the drive device includes a guide portion which faces an inner peripheral surface of a fixed iron core such that a movement of the drive rod is guided in an axial direction and a groove portion which is recessed in an inward radial direction from the guide portion and the groove portion is continuously formed from an inside of the valve housing to an inside of a movable iron core.

PRESSURE COMPENSATION VALVE

A valve assembly is disclosed, which includes a valve body defining a valve chamber and a moveable member. The moveable member has a valve element at its first end and an armature at its second end. The moveable member is moveable in an axial direction to selectively open and close the valve. The entire moveable member is spaced from the walls of the valve body when the valve is open or partially open. A flexible membrane forms a seal against the moveable member and the valve body to divide the valve chamber into a flow chamber in which the valve seat and valve element are located and a pressure compensation chamber within which the armature is entirely enclosed. A first fluid port is fluidly connected to the pressure compensation chamber via one or more bores in a pressure compensation flow path with at least one opening extending into the pressure compensation chamber at an axial position between the armature and the flexible membrane. The pressure compensation flow path includes a first axial portion with a first cross-sectional area and a second axial portion with a second, smaller cross-sectional area.

SOLENOID VALVE FOR A SLIP-CONTROLLED MOTOR-VEHICLE BRAKE SYSTEM

A solenoid valve has a valve plunger which is guided in a passage bore of a valve housing. The valve plunger with its valve closing element is held in a basic position by a restoring spring. The basic position opens up a valve passage in a valve seat. The valve plunger is arranged between an inlet and an outlet channel in the valve housing. A magnet armature provides actuation of the valve plunger. An inlet chamber is connected to the inlet channel between the passage bore and the valve seat. The valve plunger protrudes into the inlet chamber by way of a step section. As a result of being hydraulically impinged on by the pressure medium of the inlet channel an axial force is generated on the valve plunger that acts oppositely to the closing direction of the valve plunger.

A fuel supply valve for supplying fuel from a fuel tank to a fuel cell stack includes: a plunger having a hollow therein, a core part disposed on the plunger, and a block part disposed within the hollow to maintain airtightness between the core part and the plunger, and a space in which the airtightness of the hollow has been maintained by the plunger, the core part, and the block part is defined as a pressure chamber.
