Solenoid adapter
An adapter is provided for a solenoid of a valve. The adapter provides a radial seal and enables manually bleeding by rotating the solenoid. The adapter includes two primary components with a one-way locking engagement between them that can be manually reversed for service of the adapter and the solenoid.
Outlet valve
An outlet valve includes a valve body, a solenoid valve, and a manual operating member. The valve body includes a water inlet, a water outlet, a water storage cavity, a drain waterway, a first waterway, a second waterway, and a waterproof membrane. The first waterway is coupled to the drain waterway through a first drain opening. The second waterway is coupled to the drain waterway through a second drain opening. The waterproof membrane is configured to separate the water outlet cavity from the water storage cavity. The first waterway comprises a first plug coupled to an output end of the solenoid valve. The first plug is configured to control the opening and closing of the first drain opening. The second waterway comprises a second plug coupled to the manual operating member. The second plug is configured to control the opening and closing of the second drain opening.
Pipeline valve for closing and/or switching
The present disclosure provides an adjustable pipeline valve for changing and/or switching the discharge water flow path. The pipeline valve includes: a valve body; an inlet in communication with the valve body; and at least one outlet in communication with the valve body. The pipeline valve further includes: a water stopping member located within a chamber of the valve body and preventing direct communication between the inlet and the at least one outlet; a plugging assembly located in at least one receiving hole in a part of the valve body, the at least one receiving hole being in one-to-one correspondence with at least one water passing hole in the water stopping member; and a switching assembly 17 configured to allow the plugging assembly to block a corresponding water passing hole by a rotation of the switching assembly 17 to switch the communication between the inlet and the at least one outlet.
VALVE FOR A SANITARY FAUCET HAVING A DIAPHRAGM VALVE AND AN ADJUSTABLE CONTROL ROD
A valve (1) for a sanitary faucet, comprising: a liquid duct (2) having at least one inlet (3) and at least one outlet (4) for a liquid; a diaphragm valve (5) having a diaphragm (6) and a counterpressure chamber (7) connected to the at least one inlet (3); and a control rod (8) for controlling the diaphragm valve (5), wherein a push button (9) can be used to adjust the control rod (8) between a closed position, in which the diaphragm valve (5) is closed, and an open position (10), in which the diaphragm valve (5) is at least partially open, wherein a rotary handle (11) can be used to adjust the control rod (8) in the open position (10) between a minimum flow position (12), in which a minimum flow rate of the liquid flows through the at least one outlet (4), and a maximum flow position (13), in which a maximum flow rate of the liquid flows through the at least one outlet (4), and wherein the minimum flow position (12) of the control rod (8) can be variably adjusted.
Switching technology for faucets
A set of universal switching modules is provided for mechanical touch faucets. The switching modules afford the same operational benefits and features as an electronic faucet without the necessity of resort to an electrical power supply, eliminating the need for electronic control circuitry, and simplifying installation while increasing long term operational reliability. The switching modules are activated by a linear depressing or a rocking motion that contrasts with rotary motions associated with rotating a valve stem. The switching module designs are agnostic to the faucet design meaning that the switching modules are universal in that the modules fit any faucet design. The switching modules work with a variety of activation methods used in faucet design illustratively including rocker switch concepts, push concepts, and a horizontal/perpendicular push concepts. Faucet manufacturers purchase a module based on the type of activation that they prefer for seamless integration in their faucet design.
DIAPHRAGM VALVE
A diaphragm valve is provided, and includes a diaphragm moveable over a range from a first position to a second position, to open and close an outlet. A control bleed hole extends from a first side of the diaphragm to a second side, opposite the first side. A closing member is moveable to open and close the control bleed hole, to modify the pressure on either side of the diaphragm, and to cause the movement the diaphragm over at least part of the range. A mechanical means is arranged to move the closing member to open and close the control bleed hole. The mechanical means is configured to engage the diaphragm and cause movement of the diaphragm over at least part of the range.
CONTROL VALVE FOR AT LEAST ONE SANITARY FITTING HAVING A DIAPHRAGM VALVE AND A MULTI-PORT VALVE
A control valve for at least one sanitary fitting that contains a body having at least one inlet (3) for a liquid; a diaphragm valve for opening and closing a flow channel of the control valve, the diaphragm valve having a diaphragm and a counterpressure chamber connected to the at least one inlet, and a pilot orifice being formed in the diaphragm, which pilot orifice connects the counterpressure chamber to the flow channel; a multi-port valve disposed downstream of the diaphragm valve and having a plurality of outlets for the liquid; and a controller for controlling the diaphragm valve and the multiport valve, the controller containing a control rod extending through the pilot orifice of the diaphragm, wherein the control rod can be adjusted in a longitudinal direction for controlling the diaphragm valve and can be rotated for controlling the multiport valve.
HIGH-PRESSURE FLUID DISCHARGE DEVICE
A high-pressure fluid discharge device that can adapt to large flow rates while being small in size has a diaphragm valve body that cooperates with a valve seat provided to a body to switch between communication and blocking between a first flow path and a second flow path. A pilot chamber and a valve chamber joined to the first flow path are sectioned by the diaphragm valve body, and the diaphragm valve body is provided with a pilot passage allowing communication between the valve chamber and the pilot chamber. The diaphragm valve body is also provided with a pilot-type spool valve that switches between communication and blocking between the pilot chamber and an excretion port.
