The waterproof membrane is configured to separate the water outlet cavity from the water storage cavity. The first waterway comprises a first plug coupled to an output end of the solenoid valve. The first plug is configured to control the opening and closing of the first drain opening. The second waterway comprises a second plug coupled to the manual operating member. The second plug is configured to control the opening and closing of the second drain opening.
FLUID-DYNAMIC DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED SENSOR ELEMENT
A fluid-dynamic device with integrated sensor element includes a first chamber suitable for the containment and/or the passage of a fluid, provided with an inlet opening operatively connectable to a fluid-dynamic circuit and configured to allow a fluid to enter the first chamber, and with a separate outlet opening, operatively connectable to a fluid-dynamic circuit and configured to expel said fluid from the first chamber. The first chamber includes at least one portion elastically deformable due to the action of the fluid contained therein and/or passing through the first chamber, to which a sensor element is associated which is sensitive to the deformation of the elastically deformable portion of the first chamber.
Flush valve
A flush valve includes a valve housing defining a fluid passageway between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The fluid passageway includes a diaphragm valve seat disposed between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. The flush valve additionally includes a diaphragm assembly including a diaphragm and a disc. The diaphragm includes a primary opening and a bypass opening. The primary opening receives the disc therein and the bypass opening allowing water under pressure supplied to the fluid inlet to pass from a fluid inlet side of the diaphragm into a chamber in the fluid passageway. The flush valve additionally includes a relief valve configured to selectively control fluid flow from the chamber to the fluid outlet. The relief valve comprises a stationary valve element and a rotatable valve element each having at least one opening and being rotationally positionable relative to one another to regulate fluid flow.
SELF-POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, GENERATOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF CONTROLLING IRRIGATION
Some embodiments provide irrigation generator systems that include a main conduit comprising an inlet conduit and an outlet conduit; a flow control system positioned within the main conduit; a generator conduit comprising a generator inlet conduit and a generator outlet conduit, wherein the generator inlet conduit is fluidly coupled with the main conduit upstream of the flow control system, the generator outlet conduit is fluidly coupled with the main conduit downstream of the flow control system; and a generator comprising a rotor assembly cooperated with generator conduit to be physically activated by a flow of fluid through the generator conduit causing rotation of the rotor assembly and generates electrical power. The flow control system transitions between a closed state to the open state in response to a water pressure exceeding a pressure threshold.
Valve for dental suction systems
A suction valve for a dental treatment unit is connected to a downstream suction system and includes input and output conduits; a valve seat interposed therebetween; a diaphragm defining a chamber by moving between a resting position against the valve seat, blocking flow between the input and output conduits, and an active position distanced from the valve seat, allowing fluids to pass; a connecting conduit between the chamber and the output conduit and having an air entry point; and a pilot valve switched between a resting position, allowing air passage to the chamber through the connecting conduit and having a first portion, a closing point, and a second portion, and an active portion blocking air passage. A non-return valve at the entry point prevents an input flow to the connecting conduit and the upwelling of liquids from the output conduit to the pilot valve and/or the chamber.
Solenoid And Method Of Manufacture
A solenoid is provided having an improved connection arrangement. The solenoid includes external wires that are coupled to internal solenoid components via terminals. Further, a sealed solenoid is provided having a housing overmolded onto a solenoid subassembly. External wires can be coupled to the solenoid after overmolding. The solenoid may also include a cavity for receiving at least one of electrical component. The solenoid may also include a powdered metal core.
FLUID FLOW MEASURING AND CONTROL DEVICES AND METHOD
There is described a fluid flow measuring and control device for installation within plumbing. The device comprises a main flow channeling system having an inlet and an outlet for connection to the plumbing, and a bypass channeling system in parallel from the main flow channeling system. A flowmeter is provided in the bypass channeling system for measuring the fluid flow in the bypass channeling system and thereby estimating the fluid flow at the inlet or at the outlet of the main flow channeling system. The flowmeter may comprise a wheel and a pair of movement sensors. A valve such as a solenoid valve can be provided as an on/off control for the plumbing. Using a microcontroller, the device can identify which appliance is used and determine consumption, or detect abnormal use or leaks and close the valve and/or notify a user mobile device.
Plunger-type diaphragm valve
A plunger-type diaphragm valve is disposed in an accommodation trough of a flush device. The accommodation trough communicates with an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The valve includes a control unit. One end of the control unit is provided with a diaphragm member and an engaging member, and another end leans against the outlet passage to block the inlet passage and the outlet passage. An outer wall of the diaphragm member is fixed to the accommodation trough. The diaphragm member has a curved portion. When the valve is actuated, the curved portion is deformed by water pressure to bring the control unit to move away from the inlet passage for the inlet passage to communicate with the outlet passage. The stressed area of the diaphragm member is small and the deformation is less, so the diaphragm member won't wear. The valve is durable and has a long life.
