MULTI-WAY VALVE
A multi-way valve includes an upper valve body, a lower valve body and a rotary valve core. The upper valve body and the lower valve body are provided respectively with an upper mounting hole and a lower mounting hole. The rotary valve core is provided passing through the upper mounting hole and the lower mounting hole, respectively. The rotary valve core is formed with a first stepped surface facing toward the upper valve body, and an adjusting nut, which is located below the rotary valve core, is provided in the lower mounting hole. The rotary valve core is moved up and down axially by adjusting the adjusting nut such that an axial clearance between the first stepped surface and the upper valve body is adjusted, so the rotary valve core may flexibly rotate at different temperatures to prevent the multi-way valve from being stuck.
SEALING VALVE
A sealing valve is provided with a valve seat including a valve hole, a valve element to open and close the valve hole, and a seal member to seal between the valve element and the valve seat during full closing. The seal member includes a fixed part fixed to the valve seat, a contact part to be brought into contact with a seal surface of the valve element, and a constricted part provided between the fixed part and the contact part. The contact part is rotatable about the constricted part.
SEALING HIGH PRESSURE FLOW DEVICES
Apparatus and method contemplating a high pressure fluid end assembly having a body defining a body bore and defining a recess in the body intersecting the body bore. A closure is joined to the body and forms a sealing surface. A seal is mounted to the body in the recess and configured to extend from the recess beyond the body bore to seal against the sealing surface formed by the closure.
Control valve
A control valve 8 according to the present disclosure includes a casing 21 in which an outlet for a liquid is formed and the liquid is accommodated, a rotor 22 rotatably accommodated in the casing 21 and having a communication port communicating with the outlet, and a sliding ring 131 having a sliding surface 141a sliding on an outer surface of the rotor in a state of being disposed inside the outlet and causing the outlet and the communication port to communicate with each other according to a rotation position of the rotor 22, in which a liquid holding portion for holding the liquid between the sliding surface 141a and the liquid holding portion is provided on the outer surface of the rotor 22, and the liquid holding portion has a recessed portion for accommodating the liquid.
Sealing device and method for assembling same
A sealing device includes: a housing; a seal ring configured to be axially displaceably inserted along an inner circumference of the housing, the seal ring including a front-end surface and a rear-end surface which defines packing mounting space; a packing configured to establish sealing between the housing and the seal ring, the packing being disposed in the packing mounting space; and spring means disposed on the rear-end surface side of the seal ring to elastically bias the seal ring toward the front-end surface side.
Valve with pressure differential seating
A valve for use in oil and gas production or similar applications includes a plug or other flow barrier disposed in a cavity of a hollow valve body with a metal-to-metal sealing surface that is not reliant on any rubberized or elastomeric material to effect a seal.
Sealing high pressure flow devices
Apparatus and method contemplating a high pressure fluid end assembly having a body defining a body bore and defining a groove in the body intersecting the body bore. A closure is joined to the body and forms a sealing surface. A seal is mounted to the body in the groove and configured to extend from the groove beyond the body bore to seal against the sealing surface formed by the closure.
Valve assembly
A valve assembly is adjustable in three independent ways allowing it to provide a variable input volume. The valve assembly has a base and an entrance plate. An outer guide, an inner guide and a shaft, each with a passage, are held together and the shaft is rotatable between the guides. The valve is open when the passages of the inner guide plate and shaft are aligned and closed when the passages are not aligned. The shaft RPM determines how many times per minute the valve opens. The open/closed ratio of the valve assembly determines how long the valve is open during each half revolution. The location of the shaft up or down in relationship to the inner guide determines what percentage of possible flow passes through the valve during each half revolution. The valve assembly can be used with either a gas or liquid medium.

Sealing high pressure flow devices
A fluid end assembly comprising a housing having multiple conduits formed therein. A tubular sleeve is installed within one of the conduits and is configured to house a plurality of packing seals. A seal is installed within a groove formed in the walls of the housing surrounding the tubular sleeve such that the seal engages an outer surface of the tubular sleeve.
