A hydraulic tube for a vehicle may include a pipe having a pipe rib which may be formed integrally on and protrudes outward from a terminal end of the pipe, a connector fitted around the pipe such that the pipe extends through opposite ends of the connector, and a sealer fitted into a first end of the connector, a first end of the sealer being coupled with the terminal end of the pipe through coupling with the pipe rib, and a second end of the sealer being coupled with the first end of the connector.

An expansion joint fitting for conveying liquid includes a radially inner bellows defining a liquid-conveying passage for conveying liquid between the first and second longitudinal ends of the expansion joint fitting. A grey water treatment system includes a first tank configured to receive grey water via a grey water supply conduit and that comprises an overflow, a second tank configured to store grey water, and at least one transfer conduit configured to at least transfer grey water between the first tank and the second tank. A control is configured to maintain a water level in said first tank sufficiently close to the overflow to allow floating contaminants to pass over the overflow. A method of treating grey water includes: receiving grey water in a first tank of a grey water treatment system; transferring grey water via at least one transfer conduit between the first tank and a second tank of said treatment system; and controlling a water level in said first tank sufficiently close to an overflow of said first tank to allow floating contaminants to pass over the overflow.
SELF-SEALING A FLANGE
A sealing assembly for flanges is described. The sealing assembly includes a wedge, a first sealing element, a second sealing element, and a fastener. The wedge has a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface. The first surface defines a pressure void with a first flange and a second flange. The first sealing element engages the second surface of the wedge and the first flange. The second sealing element engages the third surface of the wedge and the second flange. The fastener couples the first sealing element, the first flange, the second flange, and the second sealing element together. The wedge slides toward the sealing elements responsive to a pressure increase in the pressure void. The sealing elements force the flanges toward each other responsive to the wedge sliding toward the first sealing element and the second sealing element.
Fluid conduit interlock
A fluid conduit interlock comprises at least one retention member for engaging a fluid conduit, the or each retention member configured to be movable between a retention position for retaining the fluid conduit and a release position for releasing the fluid conduit, a valve member configured to be movable between a valve open position for opening a hollow bore and a valve closed position for closing the hollow bore, and an interlock mechanism configured to operably link the movement of the or each retention member and the movement of the valve member so that the or each retention member in the release position locks the valve member in the valve closed position and so that the valve member in the valve open position locks the or each retention member in the retention position.

Flange connection for connecting two pipeline ends made of plastics material and method for assembly, containing two mutually opposing pipe ends (2) made of plastics material, wherein the pipe ends each have a prewelding neck, two loose type flanges, wherein a loose type flange is arranged at each pipe end, wherein the loose type flanges have holes for mutual clamping, clamping means, wherein the clamping means are arranged in the holes and serve to mutually pull together the loose type flanges and the pipeline ends, and a sealing element, wherein the sealing element comprises a conductive plastics material and exclusively one material.
Separation-resistant pipe joint with enhanced ease of assembly
A joint having a male joint member and female joint member with enhanced ease of assembly, in which a raised stop on the male joint member is limited to displacement between a constriction on the female joint member and a locking ring segment, in which the locking ring segment and constriction are separated by an unobstructed traverse region that allows the male joint member to slide axially when under stress without separation from the female joint member, and in which a compressible spacer is installed between the male joint member and female joint member to ensure that the raised stop is installed in an intermediate position between the constriction and the locking ring segment. The compressible spacer withstands forces associated with assembly but allows the joint to compress during extreme events to prevent failure of the joint during extreme events, such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides.
TUBULAR JOINT FOR AN INSTALLATION
A tubular joint having an outer part formed by a fitting end of a piping element, and defining a first axis, an inner part formed by a spigot end of another piping element, the spigot end received in the fitting end. The fitting end and the spigot end define a fluid internal circulation space. A flange attached on the outer part and axially abutting against a shoulder formed by the inner part. A layer of polymeric material, extending radially between the outer and inner part, having a radially outer and inner surface both surrounding the first axis and bonded respectively to the outer and inner parts. The inner part rotatable with respect to the outer part about the first axis, and the inner part defining a second axis forming a pitch angle with the first axis. The inner part, the outer part, and the flange limit the pitch angle to lower than 5°.
PIPE, SPOOL FORMING DIE, AND PIPE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A pipe extending from a first side toward a second side includes a side wall and a spool. The spool formed in the side wall is bent so as to protrude from an outer circumferential surface of the pipe, and extends to surround the outer circumferential surface. The spool includes a first portion located on the first side and a second portion located on the second side. There is a clearance between the first portion and the second portion in a top region of the spool, and the first portion and the second portion substantially abut each other in a base region.
Wedge adapter seal
A wedge adapter seal may comprise a hard tube having a radially projecting flange and a wedge shaped body comprising a base flange and extending between a base flange face and a sealing face, wherein the hard tube is in fluid communication with the wedge shaped body with the radially projecting flange coupled proximate the sealing face. A wedge adapter seal may further comprise a ferrule coupled to the hard tube, wherein the ferrule comprises the radially projecting flange, a traveling flange disposed about the hard tube and configured to travel axially with respect to the hard tube, wherein the traveling flange comprises at least one of a triangular geometry having convex sides forming a Reuleaux triangle, a circular geometry, a rectangular geometry, a square geometry, or an oblique geometry.
