CONDUIT CONNECTION SYSTEM
A conduit connection system is described herein. The system has a connecting member for connecting two or more sections of conduit which are fixed and electrically connected to the conduit using grub screws. A pair of threaded sleeves cover the connecting member and seals provided on the sleeves ensure waterproofing of the conduit junction.
Crimper
A crimping machine including a first shaft having a first crimping portion and a bead wheel and a second shaft having a tapered portion disposed opposite the bead wheel of the first shaft. The first and second shafts are configured to grip a pipe blank having a transverse channel including a first angle. The first and second shafts are further configured to roll the pipe blank forward while crimping a portion of the pipe blank with the first and second crimping portions and applying pressure on the transverse channel of the pipe blank. The crimping machine further has having a tapered portion disposed opposite at least a portion of the crimping portion and the bead wheel of the first shaft. The bead wheel is configured to push upon the forming shaft to bend the first angle of the transverse channel formed in the pipe blank to a second angle.
Joint Restraint
A joint restraint assembly illustratively includes a substantially annular body that includes an opening disposed there through to fit around the pipe. Two or more pockets that each receive a segment configured to engage a portion of the outside surface of the pipe. The segments are spaced apart from each other. A portion of the substantially annular body extends toward the opening between each of the segments to occupy space between the segments to inhibit deformation of the pipe at the joint restraint assembly.
A RIGID MODULAR HOLDING SYSTEM WITH RADIAL AND AXIAL COMPENSATION
The present invention provides a rigid modular holding with axial and radial compensation for multiple and universal application of all machining processes, engineering, machine building, and construction fields where ever applicable for rotary and static systems. Design of modular holding includes male and female portions (401,301) of joining parts machined to the required shape and clearances to accommodate modular locking rigidly with face butting (407, 308). Radial and axial run out adjustments is controlled by the grub screws (307, 306) and run out compensation can be achieved within micron. An Area used for clamping and designed within the area of joining parts results reduction in material and processing cost. Since, the material is not protruding out from the surface of the joining parts, esthetically looks good and convenient for designing multiple applications as it is not possible at present.
UNIVERSAL ADAPTER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE UNIVERSAL ADAPTER
In accordance with an embodiment, a universal adapter configured for use in a fluid delivery apparatus and an annular shaped member having a first end and a second end, an outer wall, a first opening at the first end, a second opening at a second end, and a duct extending from the first opening to the second opening. Grooves are formed in portions of the outer wall, an internal thread is formed in the duct, and a groove is formed in another portion of the duct. In accordance with another embodiment, method for manufacturing a universal adapter includes forming an annular shaped member having a first end and a second end, an outer wall, a first opening at the first end, a second opening at a second end, and a duct extending from the first opening to the second opening. A mating structure is formed from the outer wall and threads and a groove are formed in the duct.
SINGLE LEAD WEDGETHREAD CONNECTION
An affordable family of threaded pipe connections is disclosed, that have desired strengths and service torques, for a wide range of sizes and services.

FITTING FOR A RAIN GUTTER DOWNPIPE
A downpipe fitting for coupling between top and bottom ends of a downpipe. The downpipe fitting includes two parts connected together and rotatable relative to one another about a longitudinal axis thereof. The first part has an inlet, sized and shaped to couple with an outlet of a first section of the downpipe, above the downpipe fitting. The second part has an outlet which is sized and shaped to couple with an inlet of a second section of the downpipe, below the downpipe fitting. The inlet and outlet of the fitting define a flow path for rainwater therethrough. Rotation of the second section of downpipe below the downpipe fitting, about the longitudinal axis, is decoupled from the first section of downpipe above the downpipe fitting.
Pipe-joining centering device
A pipe-joining centering device aligns, with an axial center of one pipe, an axial center of another pipe when a spigot of the other pipe is to be inserted into a socket of the one pipe. The pipe-joining centering device includes a support member configured to support an end part of the spigot. The support member is tiltable in a pipe radial direction between an inner peripheral surface of the socket and an outer peripheral surface of the spigot. The pipe-joining centering device also includes a position adjustment member configured to tilt the support member in the pipe radial direction. The support member and the position adjustment member are supported on the inner peripheral surface of the socket.
