PLUMBING ROUTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods for routing a plumbing line along a wall include tracks having clip-retaining mechanisms and being attachable to the wall; plumbing-retaining members for gripping the plumbing line and being removably anchored to the clip-retaining mechanisms; and covers removably securable to the tracks. The systems and methods can further include a leak detection system comprising strips of conductive material on the tracks, the covers, or both. The strips are connected to a controller configured to detect a short or a voltage change across the strips indicative of a leak in the plumbing line, and to issue an alarm or to shut-off one or more plumbing valves.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR HVAC SYSTEM
A support assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a bracket comprising a base and an arm extending from the base. The arm includes a flange having a plurality of connectors configured to facilitate coupling to a clamp at each of a plurality of positions along the arm. The arm is configured to engage with and support a conduit of the HVAC system via the clamp.
Grip enhancing low-PIM cable tie anchor
A low-PIM, self-tightening cable tie anchor in which tightening the cable tie enhances the gripping force applied to the mounting structure. The grip enhancing cable tie anchor includes a pair of anchor levers connected by a fulcrum. Each anchor lever includes an interface cleat that extends above the fulcrum, a cable tie slot that extends through the interface cleat, a flange positioned below the cable tie slot, and a leg extending from the flange. Each leg includes a barb spaced apart from the flange. The flange and barb form a mounting structure slot for removably attaching the cable tie anchor to the mounting structure. The barbs are inserted through a receptacle, typically a mounting hole, on the mounting structure. The barbs capture the mounting structure, while the fulcrum and cable tie slots capture the cable tie, without the use of hands, to facilitate tightening the cable tie with both hands.
BRACKETS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND USE THEREOF
This disclosure enables various brackets and methods of manufacture and use thereof. For example, a bracket may have a first clip, a second clip, and a third clip, where the second clip spans between the first clip and the third clip to enable the bracket to be capable of simultaneously engaging (e.g., holding, clamping) a first tubular member (e.g., a tube, a socket, a bulb) by the first clip and the third clip and a second tubular member (e.g., a tube, a socket, a bulb) by the second clip as the first tubular member extends along the second tubular member.
Adapter for mounting cables and cable hangers
An adapter for mounting cable hangers to a mounting structure includes: a plurality of mounting panels, each mounting panel including a mounting hole, the mounting panels attached to each other at edges thereof, each mounting panel being disposed at an angle relative to its adjacent mounting panels; a base attached to the edge of endmost ones of the mounting panels; wherein the mounting panels and the base define an interior of the adapter; the adapter further comprising at least one pair of fingers extending into the interior of the adapter, each pair of fingers being configured to cooperate to grasp a cable.
Wrap bracket with strap mount
A wrap bracket formed from a strap and a clamp to secure a cable bundle to a support. The strap includes an intermediate portion, a first portion extending from the intermediate portion in a first direction and a second portion extending away from the intermediate portion in a second direction opposite the first direction. The second portion engages the first portion to mount the strap to the support. The clamp includes a base that is secured to the intermediate portion of the strap. A first tab and a second tab extend in opposite directions away from the base. The first and second tabs wrap around the cable bundle to secure the cable bundle to the base.
RETAINER CLIP ASSEMBLY
A retainer clip assembly includes a first retainer clip and a second retainer clip that, when attached to the first retainer clip, defines a first aperture and a second aperture with an opening therebetween. The opening between the first and second apertures provides thermal communication between first and second elongate elements, for example an electrical bus bar and a coolant conduit providing a heat sink for the bus bar, when they are secured within the first and second apertures.
IMPROVED HOLDER ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING A BRACKET AND A SPACER, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SPACER
The invention relates to a holder arrangement for holding routing media, such as a cable or the like to a support structure. The holder arrangement comprises a spacer being configured for attachment to the support structure, and a bracket comprising a routing media supporting portion and a spacer receiving portion for holding the spacer. The spacer receiving portion comprises an inner wall which is provided with a bracket axial locking arrangement configured for mating with corresponding spacer axial locking arrangement to axially lock the bracket in relation to the spacer.
Tube retainers, tube retainer sets, and tube management systems
Tube retainers, tube retainer sets, and tube management systems comprising blocks with male and female block connectors, and methods of assembling and using the tube retainers, sets, and systems, are disclosed.
Replaceable Tube Route Labeling With Color Coded Fitments
System and method for route-labeling a process fixture to assist installation of plural tubes, where the process fixture includes plural support plates cooperatively arranged. A first bracket is fixed to a first support plate, and plural tube clips are selectively attached to the first bracket, where each of the plural tube clips displays a unique color to distinguish one from another. A first route-indicator is disposed elsewhere on the process fixture, which displays a first color selected from the plural unique colors that matches a first one of the plural tube clips according to color, and which enables routing a first tube of the plural tubes according to the first color.
