There is no metal material in contact with the fluid inside the sealing cover with quick-plug interface provided by the present invention, so there is no hidden danger of corrosion in long-term use, and the defect that the metal material is not resistant to corrosive fluids is avoided.

COUPLER WITH CROWN HEAD FOR COUPLING PIPES
20230021084 · 2023-01-19 ·

A pipe coupler for coupling pipes of different kinds with a one or more crown partially flexible heads, integrated into the ends of the pipe coupler for accommodating grip rings and seals for coupling pipes of different kinds. The crown heads have planes at different levels that form grooves for accommodating the seals, and a backward trimmed cone-shape inner surface plane and flat plane for locking the grip rings inside corresponding recesses in the crown head. The external surface of the grip rings is also cone-shaped that corresponds the shape of the inner surface of the crown head and in friction contact with this inner surface. The grip ring blocks the seal from slipping out, and has sets of teeth for engaging with and locking to a pipe inside the coupler. Clamp bands wrap around the external surface of the crown heads that yield against it, thereby tightening the grip of the teeth in the pipe as internal pressure increases inside the pipe and causes the grip ring to axially travel towards the proximal end of the crown head. All parts of the coupler are made of synthetic materials and thereby avoid corrosive processes.

Apparatus and method for coupling

An apparatus (10) for coupling with a pipe (12), the apparatus (10) including a body assembly (13) having a body (14) adapted to fit with the pipe (12), and at least two gripping parts (16) moveably coupled to the body (14), the at least two gripping parts (16) being adapted to be moveable between an insertion condition, in which the gripping parts (16) are resiliently depressible to allow movement of the pipe (12) in a first insertion direction, and a gripping condition in which the gripping parts (16) each engage with opposing side walls (18) of the pipe (12) to restrict movement of the pipe (12) in a second opposing direction thereby coupling the apparatus (10) and the pipe (12).

Push-in Tube Connector Port

A push-in tube connector port for connecting a tube to a pressurized fluid system is provided. The push-in port includes a central recess for receiving the tube, a sealing arrangement inside of the recess, a locking ring engaged within the recess, and a tube gripping ring having an inwardly directed gripping edge. The locking ring has a U-shaped cross-section. A number of circumferentially distributed slots subdivides an outer ring wall of the locking ring into a number of outer ring wall portions configured to be elastically deflected towards the center by the flange of an insertion end opening, when the annular double ring component is pressed into the recess, and to elastically flex back outwardly once the outer ring wall portions have passed the flange such that an upper edge of each of the outer ring wall portions engages an inner surface of the flange to secure the locking ring in the recess.

Release clip

A release clip for a tube connector is provided for use in a system with flowing fluid. The tube connector includes a housing with an opening through which the flowing fluid passes, and is arranged for secure and sealing connection with a tube which is inserted in the connector. In the housing there is mounted a circular gripper ring which grips the tube. The release clip has a tubular circular release body which is split along its longitudinal axis and includes an integral hinge, thus enabling it to be mounted around the tube that has to be released and the length of the release body in its longitudinal direction is at least equal to the distance extending from the housing's opening to the gripper ring.

PIPE CONNECTING DEVICE USING ROTARY WEDGE
