Rail system and method for rosin collection
Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for a rosin press that allows improved extraction over existing presses. The press includes improved platens for rosin collection with built-in gutter rail collection systems and well-distributed force on the pressed product and multiple hydraulic rams. In addition, computerized systems are provided for controlling and monitoring the system in an automated fashion, as well as safety features to prevent injury and damage to the product, especially during automated pressing.
Movable guard
A movable guard for safeguarding a machine, comprising: a protective cover for covering a working area of the machine; a counterweight; a connecting element for connecting the protective cover to the counterweight; a deflection element, which is configured to deflect the connecting element in such a way that the protective cover and the counterweight are movable in mutually opposite directions; and a drive, which acts on the counterweight in order to drive the counterweight.
COMPUTERIZED ROSIN PRESS
Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for a rosin press that allows improved extraction over existing presses. Computerized systems are provided for controlling and monitoring the system in an automated fashion, including via a wireless device or a server.
RESISTANCE WELDING PINCH PROTECTION SYSTEM
A resistance welding pinch protection system for use with a resistance welder, comprising a sensor array adapted to be secured around the base of a positive electrode of the resistance welder, the sensor array including a plurality of proximity sensors positioned along a perimeter of the sensor array, the plurality of proximity sensors defining an electrode operation field around the positive electrode, an input/output interface to be operatively connected to the resistance welder, and at least one processor in communication with the plurality of proximity sensors and the input/output interface, wherein in use, during the lowering of the positive electrode, the at least one processor interrupts the control signal to the resistance welding controller in order to stop the welding sequence, raising the positive electrode in response to the detection of an obstacle within the electrode operation field.
RETRACTABLE PROTECTIVE PANES
Disclosed is a cutting machine, having a table with a working surface designed to receive an object to be cut, a light curtain device and a protective pane. A crossbeam is arranged above tho working surface, designed for linear positioning parallel to a first horizontal axis. A module is mounted on the crossbeam and provides for linear positioning, parallel to a second horizontal axis. The second horizontal axis extends at right angles to the first horizontal axis. In a first operating state, the protective pane on one side of the table is below the working surface plane. In a second operating state, both the protective patio and a light curtain generated by the light curtain device, on the side of the table are at least partially above the working surface. In the second operating state the light curtain is located at least partially above the protective pane.
