The pipe split body and the first dome split body are assembled such that the first dome liner is located in the outer portion of the high-pressure tank relative to the pipe liner. The pipe split body and the second dome split body are assembled such that the second dome liner is located in the outer portion of the high-pressure tank relative to the pipe liner.
METHOD FOR PREPARING A HYDROGEN TANK COMPRISING A SEALING LAYER AND A BASE
Method for preparing a hydrogen tank including at least one sealing layer of a composition including at least one polyamide P1, and at least one base in order to provide the tank with at least one opening, wherein the method includes: providing of at least one base, the at least one base being covered by at least one layer of a composition including at least one adhesion primer; preparing the at least one sealing layer; fastening the at least one base to the at least one sealing layer.
Fiber-reinforced pressure vessel
A pressure vessel is disclosed comprising an inner vessel with a rotationally symmetrical middle part with an axis of symmetry along the middle part and two dome-shaped polar caps which close off the middle part, and an outer layer, wound on the inner vessel to reinforce it, made of fiber composite material made of a plurality of plies of fibers embedded in a matrix material which are arranged one above another, which run as a fiber band made of a number of fibers with a location-dependent and position-dependent fiber orientation across the inner vessel, wherein the fiber band at least in some of the plies enters from the middle part at a respective entry fiber angle relative to the axis of symmetry into the region of the dome-shaped polar caps.
HYDROGEN TANK FOR AIRCRAFT
A hydrogen tank for aircraft, including an inner vessel configured to contain hydrogen, first and second outer jacket domes having a semi-spherical shape and first L-shaped ends, a first cylindrical outer jacket established on top of the first and second outer jacket domes, a second cylindrical outer jacket established in the bottom of the first and second outer jacket domes. The first and second cylindrical outer jackets include second L-shaped ends. The first and second L-shaped ends form L-shaped junctions to attach the first and second outer jacket domes to the first and second cylindrical outer jackets.
Module with reduced deterioration of binding member
A module includes a first member that is a battery or a gas tank in which pressure fluctuation happens along one axis direction, a pair of second members, the second members being arranged on end portions of the first member in the one axis direction, respectively, and a binding member binding the first member and the second members while pressurizing them. The binding member is formed as fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) containing fiber and resin is revolved. The FRP includes a base fiber layer with a fiber direction along a revolution direction, and a reinforcing fiber layer with a fiber direction different from that of the base fiber layer. The reinforcing fiber layer has a non-overlapping portion between both end portions in a revolved state. The non-overlapping portion is positioned in a region facing the first member.
