VEHICLE LED LAMP
The present application relates to a vehicle LED lamp, and particularly to the technical field of lighting lamps. The vehicle LED lamp includes a terminal, a driver module and a LED light-emitting board which are connected in turn. The LED light-emitting board is cylindrical, one end of the driver module is embedded into the LED light-emitting board, and the other end is embedded into the terminal. The terminal is sleeved on one end of the LED light-emitting board and connected to a vehicle power supply in forward or reverse connection. The present applicant can realize the split assembly of the vehicle lamp.

The present disclosure relates to vehicle lighting devices, and discloses a headlight optical element. The headlight optical element includes a light incident portion, a light transmitting portion and a light emergent portion which are connected in sequence, wherein the light incident portion includes a plurality of light incident surfaces connected sequentially in a left-right direction; the light incident surfaces are curved surfaces protruding backwards in the optical axis direction; and light emergent surfaces are curved surfaces protruding forwards in the optical axis direction. In addition, the present disclosure further discloses a headlight module, a vehicle headlight and a vehicle. The headlight optical element provided by the present disclosure is small in size, high in optical precision, accurate in light pattern, convenient to mount and low in cost.
Two-part heatsink for LED module
Methods and devices are described. A device includes an optical carrier part and a heatsink bulk part. The optical carrier part has an LED mounting area configured to receive an LED and an alignment feature configured for aligning with an optical component. The heatsink bulk part is separate from the optical carrier part and joined to the optical carrier part, such that the optical carrier part and the heatsink bulk part in conjunction are configured to perform a thermal management of an LED module, including the LED, and the heatsink bulk part, in operation.

A holding device of a lighting module of a lighting unit of a vehicle, comprising a securing section for securing the holding device to the rest of the lighting module and a bearing section for supporting the holding device on a bearing pin of the lighting unit, wherein the bearing section has at least one lock which forms a locking connection together with the bearing pin when the holding device is assembled, and wherein the lock is designed such that the locking connection simultaneously forms a joint which enables the lighting module to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin. A lighting module and a lighting unit of a vehicle are also provided.
Light bulb for vehicles
The present disclosure provides a light bulb for use in a lamp housing of a vehicle. The light bulb includes a bulb body assembly having one or more light sources fixedly attached thereto, and a mounting assembly configured to mount on the lamp housing. The bulb body assembly and the mounting assembly are connected by a rotatable joint such that positions of the one or more light sources can be adjusted after the mounting assembly is mounted on the lamp housing. In some embodiments, a key portion is attached to the bulb body assembly to rotate the bulb body assembly relative to the mounting assembly.

A light module for a headlight of a motor vehicle, the light module having: a circuit board having at least one illuminating device for emitting light, wherein the circuit board has a longitudinal extent along a Y-axis, a width extent, extending perpendicular to the longitudinal extent, along an X-axis, and a vertical extent, extending perpendicular to the longitudinal extent and the width extent, along a Z-axis; a reflector; and a heat sink on which the circuit board is fastened. The heat sink is fastened to the reflector via a first fastener in such a manner that the first fastener secures a first referencing structure and/or a second referencing structure of the reflector against the circuit board such that the at least one illuminating device is located in a reference position in the direction of the Y-axis and in the direction of the X-axis relative to the reflector.

The present disclosure relates to a vehicle lamp, and a vehicle lamp according to the present disclosure includes a first optical module that forms a first light distribution pattern using light irradiated from a first light source device, a second optical module that forms a second light distribution pattern using light irradiated from a second light source device, a third optical module that forms a third light distribution pattern using light irradiated from a third light source device, a movement part that is connected to the first light source device and moves the first light source device, a rod part connected to the second light source device and interlocked with the movement part to rotate the second light source device, and a driving part that provides a driving force to the movement part and the rod part.
Lamp unit
A lamp unit includes a light source including a plurality of light emitting elements provided in a common substrate; a projection lens that projects light emitted from the light source toward a front of the lamp unit to form a required light distribution pattern; and a light-transmitting body disposed between the light source and the projection lens and that forms a projection image by controlling transmission of light emitted from the light source. The light transmitting body includes a plurality of incident portions that causes light emitted from each of the plurality of light emitting elements to be incident, and the light transmitting body and the substrate are supported by a lens holder that supports the projection lens.
