Distributable dimmer package having a six-circuit output connector and re-configurable power input
An improved dimming apparatus is disclosed. Major economies are achieved by the ability to distribute groups of dimmers in proximity to the lamp loads that they control. Variations in the location and distance between the apparatus and lamp loads, as well as in the differing connector types installed on such loads, are addressed by terminating the six power stages contained in a common enclosure in a six-circuit multi-pole connector, such that a variety of prior art “break-out” adaptors between said multi-pole connector and individual circuit connectors can be selected among. The power input to the enclosure can be made re-configurable.
Lampshade
The present utility model discloses a lampshade comprising fasteners, a lampshade body and support frames; the lampshade body comprises a light transmitting sheet and a piece of lampshade cloth; the bottom and/or top of the lampshade body are/is designed with soft band-shaped reinforcing ribs which extend in the length direction of the side wall surface and cover the lampshade body and prop up against at least one fastener; in the present utility model, the bottom and/or top of the lampshade body are/is designed with soft band-shaped reinforcing ribs which extend in the length direction of the side wall surface, the integration of the reinforcing ribs and the matching fasteners with the flexibility of the soft material makes the lampshade easy to be packaged and reduce the volume of its package and finally lower the transportation cost.
Support for life-light
A stable base supports a handle portion of an emergency light. The stable base has a stand portion and a base portion, which are separated from each other. The stand portion is assembled about the handle portion of the light, and has two pivotable legs extending therefrom. The handle portion itself together with the base portion forms a third leg. The base portion is formed from an upper and a lower portion assembled with a connecting member. A plate is formed on the lower base portion. In a first configuration, the legs are generally transverse to an axis of the emergency light handle, to form a tripod-like support on approximately level ground. In a second configuration, the legs are disposed downwardly so as to be generally parallel to the axis of the handle portion, such that the tips of the legs are disposed downward and are adapted to be inserted into the ground to resist high winds and gusts. In a third configuration, the legs are raised upward such that the tips of the legs are disposed adjacent to the handle portion of the emergency light, and are adapted to be inserted into a container for storage or shipping.
Apparatuses and methods for changing lighting fixture dimensions
A lighting fixture configured to expand and collapse, and methods for expanding and collapsing a light fixture are disclosed. Embodiments of the lighting fixture include a lighting fixture with a movable section that collapses into at least one cavity in a base housing for storage and shipment, and extends from the cavity for operation. In the collapsed configuration the lighting fixture fits into a smaller container than when the lighting fixture is in the expanded configuration. In some embodiments a locking member locks the movable section into its extended position and can be retracted by a user by manually disengaging the locking member. Accessories and extenders that can be attached to the lighting fixture can be stored in the one or more cavities into which the movable section is stowed in the collapsed configuration.
ASSEMBLED VISUAL MACHETE
The present disclosure discloses an assembled visual machete, including a first machete body and a second machete body; the first machete body and the second machete body are integrally assembled through a detachable bridging part; light emitting diode (LED) light strips are arranged on the first machete body and the second machete body; a control board and a battery are arranged in the bridging part; and the battery and the LED light strips are electrically connected to the control board. Therefore, when it is necessary to package and transport the entire assembled visual machete, the first machete body and the second machete body at both ends of the bridging part can be directly removed, and the bridging part, the first machete body and the second machete body in a detached state are placed in a package.
SITE LIGHT
A site light including a body, the body including a base, and a handle assembly spaced a distance from the base to at least partially define a housing volume therebetween. The site light also including an arm, the arm having a first end fixedly coupled to the body and a second end opposite the first end to define an arm length therebetween, where the second end of the arm is movable relative to the body to adjust the arm length, and the site light including a light assembly coupled to and movable together with the second end of the arm relative to the body, and where the light assembly is adjustable between a stowed position in which at least a portion of the light assembly is positioned within the housing volume, and a second position, in which the light assembly is positioned outside the housing volume.
Hinged channel system for linear lighting
A channel system that includes a first channel section, a second channel section, and a hinge joint between the first and second channel sections is disclosed. The hinge joint allows the first channel section to fold against the second channel section for storage and shipping of the channel system. In one embodiment, the hinge joint itself includes a hinge member that extends between the two channel sections and bends hingedly to allow movement and two intermediate endcaps, which cap the channel sections on either side of the hinge joint. The hinge joint may be designed to “snap back” to a fully extended position. Mechanical securement structure may be added to the first channel section and the second channel section to improve force and retention during the “snap back” movement.
LED LIGHT HOSE REEL
An LED (light-emitting diodes) light hose reel is disclosed, comprising a housing (10); a reel (12) inside the housing (10); a transparent hose (20), the hose (20) being retractably reeled on the reel (12) inside the housing (10); an LED light strip (22) arranged inside the hose (20); an electric power cable (34) for the LED light strip (22); and an electric connection (36) between the LED light strip (22) and the electric power cable (34). A method of storing an LED light strip is disclosed, comprising storing the LED light strip on a retractable reel. A method of using the LED light hose reel is disclosed. The method comprising the following steps in any order: withdrawing the hose (20) from the LED light hose reel; selecting light colour and selecting blinking or constant light by activating the control element (32); attaching the hose (20) to an object; and retracting the hose (20) into the LED light hose reel.
STRETCHABLE SHEET-FORM ELECTRONIC DISPLAYS
A stretchable sheet-form electronic display having a generally rectangular shape with four edges, a thickness of less than 1.5 mm, and a longer dimension of at least 100 mm. The stretchable sheet-form electronic display includes an elastic substrate sheet comprising a thin layer of an optically transmissive material having a relatively high elastic range, a grid of flexible connecting members and a two-dimensional array of at least 100,000 digitally addressable solid-state light emitting devices such as micro OLEDs or LEDs. At least some of the solid-state light emitting devices may be arranged into light emitting clusters and directly or indirectly mounted to a plurality of support pads. The solid-state light emitting devices within the clusters may be configured for emitting light in different colors such as blue, red, and green.
