A LED (light-emitting diode)-based illumination assembly with an adjustable irradiation angle comprises a conductive threaded protrusion protruding from a hollow cylindrical body and threaded to an electrical bulb-type socket; a vertical elongate guide rod protruding from the base sub-assembly; a fixed LED-module support fixed to a distal end of the vertical elongate guide rod; a movable LED-module support configured to move along the vertical elongate guide rod; a plurality of LED-based illumination modules; a plurality of elongate elastic plate; an irradiation angle adjustment mechanism, wherein the irradiation angle adjustment mechanism is configured to allow operative connection between an outer circumferential surface of the hollow cylindrical body of the base sub-assembly and the movable LED-module support, wherein the irradiation angle adjustment mechanism is configured to allow adjustment of an irradiation angle of the LED-based illumination modules to a selected angle via the operative connection.
LED LIGHT SYSTEM
A light system includes a first substrate and a second substrate having the first substrate thereon. A light emitting diode (LED) is connected to the first substrate. An encapsulation layer covers the LED and at least a majority of the first substrate.
Hard-pressed glass light emitting diode flood lamp
In various embodiments, a light emitting diode (LED) lamp is provided. The LED lamp may include a base; a first housing having a first end and a second end, the first end secured to the base; a second housing having at least in part a partially conical shape, an end of the second housing having a smaller diameter secured to the second end of the first housing; at least one LED secured within the second; driver circuitry secured within the LED flood lamp between the end of the base and the at least one LED; a reflector having a partially conical shape; and a diffuser element secured to at least one of a wider end of the reflector or the end of the second housing having the larger diameter. In some embodiments, the first or second housing may include one or more vents.
Illumination devices including multiple light emitting elements
A variety of illumination devices are disclosed that are configured to manipulate light provided by one or more light-emitting elements (LEEs). In general, embodiments of the illumination devices feature one or more optical couplers that redirect illumination from the LEEs to a reflector which then directs the light into a range of angles. In some embodiments, the illumination device includes a second reflector that reflects at least some of the light from the first reflector. In certain embodiments, the illumination device includes a light guide that guides light from the collector to the first reflector. The components of the illumination device can be configured to provide illumination devices that can provide a variety of intensity distributions. Such illumination devices can be configured to provide light for particular lighting applications, including office lighting, task lighting, cabinet lighting, garage lighting, wall wash, stack lighting, and downlighting.
LIGHT SOURCE DEVICE, PROJECTOR, AND COOLING PLATE
A light source device includes a light source module, a plurality of heat receiving plates coupled to the light source module, and a cooling plate coupled to the plurality of heat receiving plates, cooling liquid flowing on the inside of the cooling plate. The cooling plate includes an upstream-side flowing section, a downstream-side flowing section, and a plurality of heat transfer sections provided in at least one of the upstream-side flowing section and the downstream-side flowing section and aligned in a second direction. The plurality of heat transfer sections include a plurality of fins extending in the second direction and a plurality of channels provided among the plurality of fins. The plurality of heat receiving plates are disposed along the second direction. The plurality of heat transfer sections are separated from one another in positions among the plurality of heat receiving plates in the second direction.

The mounting plate has one of the rotary fixing structures and one of the backstop structures that are spaced apart from one another formed at two sides of each of the arc holes. The base has a bottom plate, a cooling portion, and a plurality of dowels that are respectively disposed in the placing holes.
OVULAR DOUBLE-ENDED LIGHT EMITTING DIODE (LED) BULB
An LED light module comprises an emitting portion; at least one LED package; a back cover; and an end cap. The emitting portion defines a first curved surface. The first curved surface extends a first length along a cylindrical axis defined by the LED light module. The back cover defines a second curved surface extending the first length along the cylindrical axis. The first curved surface and the second curved surface define a perimeter of the LED light module. In a cross-section of the LED light module taken in a plane substantially perpendicular to the cylindrical axis, the perimeter is substantially ovular, elliptical and/or tear-drop shaped. The end cap is substantially ovular, elliptical and/or tear-drop shaped, and comprises a coupling element configured to electrically and/or mechanically couple the LED light module to a subsequent LED light module or to a fixture.
