The fan has a fan cavity including air diversion mechanism to direct air from the fan cavity toward the lighting and fan components. The inventions include an airflow surface to direct air existing the fan cavity along an LED light fixture. Moreover, disclosed embodiments include one or more UV light sources which irradiate contaminants as air flows through the ceiling tile.

An illuminated aircraft passenger cabin gasper comprises an air outlet for outputting a flow of air into an aircraft passenger cabin and an air guide, movably arranged within the air outlet for adjusting the flow of air that includes a light guide. A method of controlling light and conditioned air delivery within a space, by a single combined lighting and conditioned air fixture, includes providing control and power signals to a controller coupled to the single combined lighting and conditioned air fixture, controlling lighting functions via the controller, and controlling conditioned air functions via the controller.
