Exhaust gas cooler
An exhaust gas cooler includes: a steam drum containing first water; an economizer for heat exchange between exhaust gas and the first water supplied from the steam drum; and a feedwater pipe for supplying the first water with second water having a lower temperature than the first water. The exhaust gas cooler is configured such that the first water flowing out of the economizer is introduced into the steam drum. The second water is divided and supplied to the first water flowing out of the economizer and the first water flowing into the economizer.
LOW TEMPERATURE HEAT EXCHANGING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR
Heat recovery steam generator-method, comprising a casing, upstream coils of heat exchanger tubes downstream from casing inlet, one or more feedwater heater coils in casing downstream from upstream coils, one or more low temperature heat exchanging coils in casing downstream from upstream coils, one or more low temperature heat exchanging coils within casing comprising corrosion-resistant, thermally conductive graphite component-thermoplastic polymer component composite material, a first flow conduit extending from low temperature heat exchanging coil to feedwater heater coil for water to flow from low temperature coil to feedwater heater coil; and second conduit extending from one or more feedwater heater coils to one or more of the upstream coils for flow from feedwater heater coil to one or more upstream coils, so gas passing through inlet passes through upstream coils through one or more feedwater heater coils and then through one or more low temperature coils.
Solar thermodynamic power generator
A solar thermodynamic power generator includes: a quartz window placed on a metal shell to form an electromagnetic resonant cavity structure for receiving solar energy; a ceramic conduit placed in the metal shell, wherein a working medium is heated in the ceramic conduit by the solar energy; a heat exchanger placed in a vacuum insulation oil tank; a steam generator placed in the vacuum insulation oil tank; a ceramic heating tube placed in a combustion chamber; and a turbine communicating with the steam generator through a fifth pipeline and a sixth pipeline. The present invention is environmentally friendly, safe, low-cost, high-efficiency, pollution-free, emission-free, and not affected by natural weather or environment. Like natural gas, the present invention can be configured to perform grid-connected power generation. Furthermore, after the hydrogen fuel and the hydrogen silicon fuel are mixed and burned, waste hydrogen can be recycled and reused.
Combustion system
Provided is a combustion system using a catalyst having better denitration efficiency at low temperatures, during a selective catalytic reduction reaction in which ammonia is used as a reducing agent. This combustion system comprises: a combustion device that combusts fuel; an exhaust path through which flows exhaust gas generated from the combustion of fuel in the combustion device; a dust collection device that is arranged on the exhaust path and collects soot/dust in the exhaust gas; and a denitration device that is arranged on the exhaust path and removes nitrogen oxides from the exhaust gas by means of a denitration catalyst, wherein the denitration device is arranged downstream of the dust collection device on the exhaust path, and the denitration catalyst contains vanadium oxide, has a carbon content of 0.05 wt % or more, and has a defect site in which oxygen deficiency occurs in a crystal structure.
Flameless glycol heater
A fluid heating process which does not utilize an open flame, heat is created by a rotating prime mover(s) driving a hydraulic heat generator. Heat is also collected from the prime mover cooling system, and any exhaust heat generated by the prime mover. The heat energy is collected from all these sources, and transmitted through heat exchangers to generate a hot fluid, which can be used to heat other fluids and used for any application where heat is required.
Once-through evaporator systems
The present application provides a once-through evaporator system. The once-through evaporator system may include a number of once-through evaporator sections with a distribution valve and a level sensor and a controller in communication with each distribution valve. The controller provides the distribution valve with a position set point and biases the position set point via a feedforward signal based on a fill level as determined by the level sensor in each of the once-through evaporator sections.
Once-through evaporator systems
The present application provides a once-through evaporator system. The once-through evaporator system may include a number of enlarged once-through evaporator sections, a first superheater positioned immediately downstream of the enlarged once-through evaporator sections, a second superheater positioned downstream of the first superheater, and an attemperator positioned between the first superheater and the second superheater.
Vaporization apparatus
Liquid is flash evaporated in a series of cells along and surrounding an exhaust duct to generate a pressurized vapor where at least one of the surfaces is in communication with the source of heat sufficient to maintain the surface at a temperature such that the liquid injected into the chamber is substantially instantly converted to a superheated vapor with no liquid pooling within the chamber. The liquid is introduced by controlled injectors operating at a required rate. Each of the cells is periodically discharged by a pressure controlled relief valve and the vapor from the cells combined to form a continuous stream feeding a turbine or other energy conversion device. The outer wall of the cell is offset so that it contacts the inner wall at one point around the periphery. Heat transfer ribs and bars can be provided in the duct to provide increased heat transfer where necessary.
FLOOR SCRUBBER CLEANING SYTEM USING A HEAT EXCHANGER AND PRESSURE VALVE FOR CONTROLLING DISPENSING FLUID VOLUME AND TEMPERATURE
A floor scrubber cleaning system includes a a combustion engine powered floor scrubber using at least one rotating scrubbing brush. A tank or reservoir is used for supplying a cleaning solution for cleaning a floor. A heat exchanger heats the cleaning solution flowing from the tank using hot exhaust gasses from the floor scrubber. A pressure regulator and a flow restriction orifice are used for controlling the amount of cleaning solution from the tank to the heat exchanger for controlling the volume and temperature of the cleaning solution
The second water is divided and supplied to the first water flowing out of the economizer and the first water flowing into the economizer
