Gas Burner and Domestic Appliance

A domestic gas burner comprising a housing with a chamber, which can be coupled to an optionally controlled feed for a gaseous fuel and is in open communication with the environment via flame ports for the purpose of igniting a gas flame. An inlet device is coupled to the housing and comprises an entrance for receiving gaseous fuel, ambient air, and an outlet for feeding a fuel/air mixture to the burner chamber. The entrance and the outlet are in open communication with each other via a fuel channel which extends therebetween and is bounded by a wall. A gas port debouches into the entrance during operation to feed a fuel flow. The entrance allows substantially free entry of ambient air, and the inlet device comprises auxiliary gas means for generating and maintaining a flow of an auxiliary gas, directed toward the outlet, over the wall of the fuel channel.

BURNER ASSEMBLY, GAS TURBINE COMBUSTOR, AND GAS TURBINE

A burner assembly includes a plurality of burners for mixing fuel and air. Each of the plurality of burners includes: a fuel nozzle for injecting the fuel; a mixing passage supplied with the fuel and the air; and a support portion connecting a passage wall of the mixing passage and the fuel nozzle to support the fuel nozzle.

COMBUSTION SYSTEM FOR A BOILER WITH FUEL STREAM DISTRIBUTION MEANS IN A BURNER AND METHOD OF COMBUSTION

A combustion system comprising a burner for supplying a mixed flow of fuel and primary air or gas through at least one fuel nozzle to a combustion chamber, a duct in fluid communication with the at least one fuel nozzle for guiding the mixed flow to the at least one fuel nozzle, and a deflector device positioned within the duct upstream of the at least one fuel nozzle to deflect the incoming mixed flow. The deflector device comprises ejection means arranged to eject an auxiliary gas into the duct to deflect the incoming mixed flow in a direction from a center to outer areas of the duct to increase the concentration of the mixed flow in outer areas of the fuel nozzle and decrease the concentration of the mixed flow in the center section of the fuel nozzle.

Gas burner and domestic cooking appliance

A gas burner for a household appliance includes a burner housing having a mixing chamber for mixing fuel gas with primary air, a gas nozzle accommodated in the burner housing and configured to inject the fuel gas into the mixing chamber, and an annular first primary air inlet provided between the gas nozzle and the mixing chamber for drawing in the primary air. The gas nozzle has a second primary air inlet which is guided through the nozzle for drawing in the primary air. The second primary air inlet is configured in a direction of flow of the primary air through the second primary air inlet to taper at least once and to widen out again. The gas nozzle has an annular fuel gas outlet opening which opens directly into the second primary air inlet.

LEAN PRE-MIX RADIANT WALL BURNER APPARATUS AND METHOD

A staged, lean pre-mix radiant wall burner having an internal staged fuel discharge tip and an internal flow diverter, and a method of using the radiant wall burner, which allow the combustion of a high hydrogen content fuel without the occurrence of flashbacks and which also provide reduced NO.sub.x emissions and allow a closer spacing of the burners when installed in a wall, floor, or ceiling of a fired heater in a multiple burner arrangement.
