Torch
A torch includes a main burner that produces a flame; a flame holding body configured to maintain the combustion state of the main burner if the flame produced by the main burner is about to be extinguished; and a gas supply pipe configured to feed combustion gas from a gas container filled with the combustion gas to the main burner and the flame holding body.
Burner system for a cooking appliance, and method for operating a burner system for a cooking appliance
A burner system for a cooking device has at least one burner surface wherein the at least one burner surface is designed in such a way that the burner system has a low minimum power density with homogeneous temperature distribution at the same time. In a first aspect, the burner system includes a fuel supply and a first burner surface for burning the fuel that is provided downstream of the fuel supply. The burner system includes a second burner surface for afterburning that is separate from the first burner surface and is provided downstream from the first burner surface. Moreover, a method for operating the burner system is shown.
METHOD FOR FABRICATING A COMPONENT OF AN ABATEMENT APPARATUS
A method for fabricating a component of an abatement apparatus is disclosed. The method comprises: meshing a 3D model representation of a component defining a reaction chamber of an abatement apparatus based on specified component characteristics to define an optimised finite element representation of the component; and fabricating the optimised finite element representation. In this way, a 3D model of a component of an abatement apparatus can be generated from which its performance can be modelled. Particular characteristics of the component may be defined which affect the operation of the abatement apparatus. Those characteristics may then be used to generate the optimized finite element representation of the component which has those characteristics using meshing (it will be appreciated that meshing is the operation of representing a geometric object as a set of finite elements). The optimized finite element representation may then fabricated, reliably producing a component having the required characteristics.

Catalytic burner
A catalytic burner with electric start. The method of using the catalytic burner comprises an electric-start device that may actuated via a switch or remotely via radio signal.
Heater with replaceable cartridge
A catalytic tank heater includes a removably attached catalytic heater cartridge having catalytic material. The heater is attached to an LPG tank to position the catalytic heater cartridge to face the tank. The catalytic heater cartridge covers a plenum chamber of the catalytic tank heater. A fuel distribution header and heating element are positioned within the plenum chamber and are controlled to initiate combustion of the catalytic material to heat the tank. Vapor from the tank is provided as fuel to the catalytic tank heater, and is regulated to increase heat output as tank pressure drops. The catalytic heater cartridge can be replaced with a new cartridge while at the location of the tank on a property.
CATALYTIC BURNER
A catalytic burner with electric start is provided. The method of using the catalytic burner comprises an electric-start device that may actuated via a switch or remotely via radio signal.
Burner and applications thereof
A burner includes a housing, a fan, a burning head and an ignition mechanism. An air inlet of the housing and an input end of the burning head form a pressure equalizing cavity. The ignition mechanism is arranged at an output end of the burning head. The burning head includes a main frame and at least one stable burning isolation strip, an interior of the main frame is divided into at least two ventilation areas by the stable burning isolation strip in a gas channel direction. A plurality of separation mechanisms is arranged in each ventilation area and divide the ventilation area into a plurality of through holes arranged in the gas channel direction, the through holes are used for allowing mixed gas to pass through and strengthening the mixing effect. The burning flame of a burning surface of the main frame can be divided into mutually independent flames by the stable burning isolation strip. The burner can be used in gas stoves, low-nitrogen combustion engines for a gas boiler, gas water heaters and gas heating water heaters.
