Gas combustion treatment device, combustion treatment method, and gas purification system including gas combustion treatment device
A gas combustion treatment device that subjects an ammonia-containing gas, a hydrogen cyanide-containing gas, and a hydrogen sulfide-containing gas to combustion treatment includes: a first combustion unit configured to introduce therein fuel, the ammonia-containing gas, the hydrogen cyanide-containing gas, and air and burn and reduce the fuel and the gases at an air ratio lower than 1; a second combustion unit provided downstream of the first combustion unit and configured to burn and reduce, in a reducing atmosphere, nitrogen oxide in a first combustion gas sent from the first combustion unit; and a third combustion unit provided downstream of the second combustion unit and configured to introduce therein hydrogen sulfide-containing gas with air in addition to a second combustion gas sent from the second combustion unit.
STAGED GAS INJECTION SYSTEM
A staged gas injection system for a flare tip that can discharge waste gas into a combustion zone is provided. The staged gas injection system includes, for example, a first gas injection assembly and a second stage gas injection assembly. The first gas injection assembly is configured to inject a gas (for example steam or a gas other than steam) at a high flow rate and a high pressure into the flare tip or the combustion zone. The second gas injection assembly is configured to inject a gas (for example, steam and/or a gas other than steam) at a low flow rate and a high pressure into the flare tip or the combustion zone. A flare tip including the staged gas injection system is also provided.
High-temperature pyrolysis incineration apparatus
A high-temperature pyrolysis incineration apparatus that forces external air to a combustion chamber while burning an incineration processing material injected therein at a high temperature within a combustion chamber is provided. The apparatus includes an air-supply tube disposed at the center of the combustion chamber, a fuel supply pipe installed at an upper edge of the inside of the combustion chamber, a punching plate disposed at the bottom of the combustion chamber, a stirring rod rotatably installed at an upper surface of the punching plate using the air-supply tube as a fixing shaft, a heat recovery device disposed outside of the combustion chamber, and a circulation pipe extending from a lid of the combustion chamber to the outside that returns to a location corresponding to an upper portion of the stirring rod at a wall of the combustion chamber via the inside of the heat recovery device.
EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT METHOD, EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT DEVICE, AND CARBON FIBER MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
One object of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas treatment method for treating exhaust gases discharged from a carbon fiber manufacturing steps which can suppress a cost increase due to an increase in an amount of an exhaust gas treated, the present invention provides an exhaust gas treatment method including: a first combusting step in which a carbonizing step-exhaust gas discharged from a carbonizing step in which the fibrous substance is carbonized in an inert gas atmosphere is treated; and a second combusting step in which a flameproofing step-exhaust gas discharged from a flameproofing step in which the fibrous substance is flameproofed in an air atmosphere and a first combusting step-exhaust gas discharged from the first combustion step are treated; and an air separating step in which nitrogen for producing the inert gas atmosphere in the carbonizing step, and the oxygen-enriched air used in the first combusting step are produced by separating air.
