APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THERMAL PROCESSING OF MEDICAL WASTE
Various implementations include an apparatus for thermal processing of medical waste. The apparatus includes a body, a conductive heater, and an air flow device. The body portion defines a chamber for receiving two or more containers of medical waste. The chamber is in fluid communication with a gas processing device for biological materials. The conductive heater is thermally coupled to the chamber to provide heat to the two or more containers. The air flow device is configured to direct discharge gases from the two or more containers to the gas processing device.
High-efficiency clean excess enthalpy combustion device
An excess enthalpy combustion device includes a furnace body and a feed mechanism disposed on one side of the furnace body. A flue gas outlet is provided on the furnace body. A wall of the furnace body includes a refractory material layer, an electric heating layer, and an insulating layer that are arranged in sequence from inside to outside. Two horizontal first refractory partitions which are staggered in the vertical direction are provided in an upper layer of the furnace body. Four vertical second refractory partitions which are staggered in the horizontal direction are provided in a lower layer of the furnace body; a third refractory partition parallel to a side wall is provided on the other side of the furnace body opposite to a grate mechanism. The combustion device adopts an electric heater to heat the furnace body when the electric heater is powered on.
Waste treatment incinerator and treatment equipment including the same
A waste treatment incinerator includes a furnace and a microwave transmitting module. The furnace includes a housing defining a treatment space. The furnace includes an activated charcoal layer located in the treatment space. An exhaust pipe is connected to the activated charcoal layer. The microwave transmitting module aligned with the activated charcoal layer. Treatment equipment includes the waste treatment incinerator, a heat exchange system, and a purification module. The heat exchange system includes a first heat exchange module connected to the exhaust pipe of the furnace and a reservoir connected to the first heat exchange module. The purification module includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The gas inlet intercommunicates with the first heat exchange module. A sprinkling area is disposed between the gas inlet and the gas outlet.

THREE STEP ULTRA-COMPACT PLASMA SYSTEM FOR THE HIGH TEMPERATURE TREATMENT OF WASTE ONBOARD SHIPS
An apparatus for thermal processing of waste having organic and inorganic components comprises at least a treatment station, a cooling station and a treated material-removal station, and at least three crucibles. The treatment station is adapted to thermally treat the organic components and/or inorganic components located in a given one of the crucibles located at the treatment station. The so-treated components in this given crucible are adapted to then be cooled at the cooling station, before the treated components located in the given crucible are removed therefrom at the treated material-removal station. The three crucibles are mounted on a turntable so that the three crucibles are each at one of the stations, before synchronously all moving to each crucible's next station.

PYROLYSIS SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A pyrolysis system and method of use is capable of continuously processing feedstock. The pyrolysis system has enclosed pyrolysis tubes heated by a heating means to pyrolyze feedstock. Conveying mechanisms such as augers transport the feedstock into and through the pyrolysis tubes. The pyrolysis tubes can be heated to a desired temperature range using a heat exchanger, such as a molten metal bath, or inductively heated using induction coils wrapped around the pyrolysis tubes. The feedstock is physically separated from the outside environment by the enclosed pyrolysis tubes. A dynamic feedstock plug is formed upstream of the pyrolysis tubes to prevent air and moisture from entering via the inlet of the pyrolysis tubes. An outlet section connected to the outlets of the pyrolysis tubes separates the gaseous and solid products of pyrolysis and permits removal of the products while preventing air and moisture from entering into the system.
