An elastic reset device arranged in the middle of a grate plate is disclosed, which includes reset blocks, springs, sleeves and a guide plate. The reset blocks comprise a left reset block and a right reset block, the upper ends of the left and right reset blocks are partially overlapped, a folding angle α is provided at the overlapping portion and is not less than 45 degrees, and a ceramic fiber blanket is filled at the folding angle.

The present application discloses a grate bar for a thrust grate of a furnace. The grate bar comprises an elongated recess (43) at a first side of the grate bar. The elongated recess comprises two parallel sliding surfaces which are oriented in longitudinal direction of the grate bar. An engaging element (38) is provided at a second side of the grate bar, which is opposite to the first side. The engaging element comprises two parallel sliding surfaces which are oriented in longitudinal direction of the grate bar. The elongated recess is shaped such that a corresponding neighboring engaging element of a neighboring part is movable within the elongated recess in the longitudinal direction relative to the grate bar. The grate bar further comprises two actuating surfaces (34,35) at a bottom side of the grate bar for taking up a protrusion of a grate.

Disclosed is a stove that includes a dome-shaped fire grate comprising a center, a perimeter surrounding and spaced from the center, the center being higher than the perimeter; a plurality of radial stiffening ribs extending away from the perimeter and toward the center; at least one circumferential stiffening ring extending at least partially about the center; and a plurality of ventilation holes between the center and the perimeter.

Disclosed is a stove that includes a dome-shaped fire grate comprising a center, a perimeter surrounding and spaced from the center, the center being higher than the perimeter; a plurality of radial stiffening ribs extending away from the perimeter and toward the center; at least one circumferential stiffening ring extending at least partially about the center; and a plurality of ventilation holes between the center and the perimeter.

A grate bar has a grate bar head, two side walls, a running surface behind the head and between the side walls and an underside disposed below the surface and between the side walls. A recess in one side wall forms an air slot between the surface and underside and is arranged only on one side wall, not in its opposite side wall. In a grate bar arrangement including multiple grate bars, each including a running surface and a grate bar head, in which an upper grate bar with grate bar head is moveably arranged relative to a lower grate bar so that the head may slide over front and rear grate bar running surface areas, the running surface has air slots in the front and rear areas and the head is displaceable relative to these slots so that the opening cross section of all slots remains constant.

A fire stump holds firewood and similar combustibles in a near-vertical stable position. Firewood is end-stacked upon a ground engaging base, further stabilizing the base. An upper generally planar firewood support is inset interiorly from the base, providing sufficient tilt to hold a plurality of stacked wood in an inverted funnel configuration. The upper firewood support has a perforate center defining a chimney hole and a perimeter defining a plurality of concave arcuate cut-outs that serve as firewood supports. A riser extends between the ground engaging base and upper firewood support, holding the two in parallel but vertically offset planes. In a most preferred embodiment, the ground engaging base and upper firewood support are stamped from a common sheet of metal, with the upper firewood support circumscribed in the original sheet of metal by the ground engaging base.
