Igniter with pilot flame, particularly for gas-fired burners
An igniter with pilot flame, particularly for gas-fired burners, comprising a Venturi tube provided, at the part where the combustible mix exits, with a cap which is fitted detachably and with play on an end portion thereof, and is provided with at least one hole, which is transverse to the end portion, for the outflow of the combustible mix; the Venturi tube comprising two portions: a first portion, at the end of which the cap is present, and a second portion, by means of which it is associated with a gas source, which is extended laterally with respect to an intermediate region of the first portion, the first portion further having, on the opposite side with respect to the exit side of the combustible mix, a removable plug.
THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED IGNITION SYSTEM WITH RETRACTABLE IGNITION DEVICE
A temperature sensor detects the presence of a flame by measuring the temperature near the flame site, and an actuator positions an ignition device in based on the temperature sensor's reading. The ignition device is positioned near the flame site if the flame is not present and further from the flame site if the flame is present.
Flare pilot and flare pilot with ignitor assembly
In one aspect a pilot assembly is disclosed for use with a flare having a first flare stack and a second flare stack, each having discharge ends. The pilot assembly comprises a pilot nozzle assembly, a pilot inlet pipe having a pilot fuel inlet, and a pilot ignition system. The pilot nozzle assembly comprises a connecting member, a pilot nozzle inlet, a first pilot nozzle and a second pilot nozzle. The pilot nozzle assembly can direct a quantity of pilot gas received via the pilot inlet pipe out through the first and second pilot nozzles. The first and second pilot nozzles may both be positioned adjacent the discharge end of either one of the first or second flare stacks. Alternatively, the first pilot nozzle may be positioned adjacent the first flare stack's discharge, and the second pilot nozzle may be positioned adjacent the second flare stack's discharge end.
SPARK SYSTEM FOR IGNITERS
A system includes an igniter rod having a ground rod with a first tip bent at a 90-degree angle, an internal rod with a second tip, a rod cover enclosing a portion of the internal rod, and a base tube, fixed to an external surface of the rod cover, enclosing a portion of the ground rod. The base tube has a plurality of adjustment screws that hold in place and position the ground rod. The igniter system further includes an igniter body configured to enclose a portion of the igniter rod and a fuel supply. The fuel supply is configured to be brought into contact with a gap between the first tip and the second tip.

System for triggering bank and equipment bill destruction devices and methodology for triggering bank equipment bill destruction devices
A system for triggering bank equipment bill destruction devices and methodology for triggering bank equipment bill destruction devices. The system increases security of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and cash dispenser bank equipment by innovating a trigger rail which is a separate unit directly mounted to the cassette assembly of the bank equipment and is fixed through ignition nozzles which are attached and inserted in openings provided on a structure of the cassettes. The methodology comprises using pyrotechnic means to trigger the bill destruction devices placed inside the cassettes of a bank equipment unit.
Heating system
A heating system can include certain pressure sensitive features. These features can be configured to change from a first position to a second position based on a pressure of a fuel flowing into the feature. These features can include, fuel selector valves, pressure regulators, burner nozzles, and oxygen depletion sensor nozzles, among other features.
SYSTEM FOR TRIGGERING BANK AND EQUIPMENT BILL DESTRUCTION DEVICES AND METHODOLOGY FOR TRIGGERING BANK EQUIPMENT BILL DESTRUCTION DEVICES
SYSTEM FOR TRIGGERING BANK EQUIPMENT BILL DESTRUCTION DEVICES AND METHODOLOGY FOR TRIGGERING BANK EQUIPMENT BILL DESTRUCTION DEVICES, the system provided aiming at increasing security of ATM and cash dispenser bank equipment (EB), and innovates in its main component, the trigger rail (3), which is a separate unit directly mounted to the cassette assembly (1) of the bank equipment (EB); the trigger rail (3) is fixed through the ignition nozzles (4) which are attached and inserted in the openings (5) provided on the structure (6) of the cassettes (1); the trigger rail (3) includes baits (8) in the form of openings (9) provided on the front side (10) of the trigger rail (3), said openings (9) are established in accordance with the angled flaps (11) that drive the sparks (F) towards the openings (9) and, therefrom, to the spark sensor (12) which, in turn, triggers the ignition nozzles (4) generating the respective flames (C) that will trigger the incineration mechanism (2); the spark sensors (12) are connected to each other through a fuse (13), vertically positioned inside the trigger rail (3). The methodology provided comprises using pyrotechnic means to trigger the bill destruction devices (2) placed inside the cassettes (1) of a bank equipment unit (EB).
HEATER CONFIGURED TO OPERATE WITH A FIRST OR SECOND FUEL
A heater can be configured to operate with either a first fuel at a first pressure or a second fuel at a second pressure. In some embodiments, a pressure regulator unit is configured to regulate the pressure of either the first fuel or the second fuel and to direct either the first fuel or the second fuel towards a combustion chamber. A nozzle assembly can be configured to inject the fuel into the combustion chamber.
Automatically igniting gas flares
Systems and devices for igniting a gas to be flared include: a body having an inlet and an outlet, the body defining a channel extending between the inlet and the outlet; an igniter operable to generate a spark at the outlet of the body; an actuator disposed in the channel, the actuator configured to harvest energy when the gas to be flared flows from the inlet to the outlet through the channel and transfer the energy to the igniter.
