The evaporator system also includes a door assembly being configured for removably mounting onto a corresponding support frame of the evaporator system, and being operable between an opened configuration for allowing access to the combustion chamber and to be able to selectively feed biomass into the combustion chamber via the inlet thereof, and a closed configuration for preventing access to and closing off the inlet of the combustion chamber, the door assembly being provided with at least one aeration passage extending between an outer portion of the door assembly and an inner portion therefor, for providing a supply of secondary air to the combustion chamber via said at least one aeration passage of the door assembly when operated in the closed configuration.

The air supply system includes a primary air conduit for supplying air to the combustion chamber from below through the bottom wall and a secondary air conduit for supplying air to the combustion chamber from above. A valve is arranged in the primary air conduit or in a branching between the primary and secondary air conduits. The valve is controlled by a bimetal whereby the valve is in a maximum open position when the prevailing temperature is below a first predetermined temperature during start-up of a fire and in a maximum closed position when the prevailing temperature is above a second predetermined temperature after start-up of the fire.

Air is inducted from an inlet which may be an ash pan pivotally coupled to the outer wall at the bottom to open the combustion chamber. Supplementary combustion air is conducted to just above the fuel holder by the outer wall. Additional supplementary combustion air is conducted to just above the fuel holder by the second wall. The burner may include a pivotally mounted cooking grate and a pivotally mounted solid cover for closing the combustion chamber, and supporting legs. Modules individually yet replaceably attachable to the burner include a closed or open cooker, a smoker, a space heater, and a pyrolyzer.

The inner panel (120) includes: an inner panel body (121) curved to have a predetermined curvature in a height direction; a lower inside coupling plate (122) extending from a lower portion of the inner panel body (121) to a predetermined area and coupled with the outer panel (110); and an upper inside coupling plate (123) extending from an upper portion of the inner panel body (121) to a predetermined area and coupled with the outer panel (110).
