Control method of stepwise and stepless linear adjustment of gas oven and its gas valve
A control method of stepwise and stepless linear adjustment of a gas oven includes step 1: obtaining the setting temperature of the gas oven; step 2: obtaining the temperature inside the gas oven; step 3: determining the low temperature threshold, high temperature threshold and preset flame level according to the setting temperature, wherein the high temperature threshold is greater than the low temperature threshold; step 4: ensuring the temperature inside the gas oven is between the low temperature threshold and the high temperature threshold; step 5: if it exceeds, determining the change trend of the temperature inside the gas oven; step 6: when the change trend of the temperature inside the gas oven rises or falls, adjusting the flame level of the gas oven to the preset flame level.
KAMADO-STYLE GRILL ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING HEAT SPREADERS AND/OR SUPPORT BRACKETS
A kamado-style grill assembly includes a vessel, a fire bowl, and a unit extending through an opening of the vessel for positioning below an opening of the fire bowl. The unit may include a gas burner configured to radiate heat into the fire bowl. In such examples, the grill assembly may further include a heat spreader removably coupled to the unit The heat spreader is formed at least partially of a thermally conductive material to absorb heat radiated from the gas burner and spread heat away from the gas burner. In other examples, the grill assembly may additionally and/or alternatively include a support bracket removably coupled to the fire bowl. The support bracket extends across at least a portion of an opening of the fire bowl for supporting a structure. Other example kamado-style grill assemblies and methods of installing components of kamado-style grills are also disclosed.
Cooking performance fin for cooking appliance
A domestic cooking appliance for heating a food item includes a main housing; a cooking compartment in the main housing, the cooking compartment being configured to receive the food item to be heated, the cooking compartment having a first sidewall and a second sidewall; a gas burner that provides heat to the cooking compartment; a burner panel located between the gas burner and the cooking compartment; and a first fin protruding from the first sidewall and into the cooking compartment.
Switch assembly
A switch assembly for controlling the ignition of gas burners of a cooking appliance having one or more gas valves. The switch assembly includes at least one first support member, operably couplable to a first gas valve, a spring biased ignition switch operably mountable to the at least one first support member, and an actuating member, having a longitudinal axis and operably couplable to at least the first gas valve between the at least one first support member and at least a control knob of at least the first gas valve. The actuating member is adapted to move between a first position, actuatingly engaged with the ignition switch, and a second position, actuatingly disengaged from the ignition switch, wherein the actuating member is moved towards the first position by at least the control knob, and back towards the second position by the spring biased ignition switch.
GAS OVEN WITH STATIONS UNDER PARALLEL OR SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL
A gas oven with stations under parallel or synchronous control includes a plurality of temperature sensors, a controller and a plurality of processing stations. An air intake device includes a throttle valve, a gas transmission pipeline and a main gas valve. The throttle valve includes a combined gas control unit and a gas valve controller. The air intake device further includes an external gas supply source, and the gas supply source is connected to the gas transmission pipeline and a bakeware. The main gas valve and the throttle valve are separately arranged on the main gas transmission pipeline. The plurality of processing stations are provided with a plurality of gas sub-transmission pipelines and throttle valve gas main transmission pipelines, respectively. The gas oven further includes a communication module connected to a remote control to control the oven by way of a remote terminal or a mobile phone app.
