AIR-CONDITIONING OPERATION TERMINAL, COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM AND AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An image acquisition unit (211) acquires a photographed image obtained by photographing an air-conditioning indoor unit including a plurality of air outlets. An image collation unit (212) collates a template image wherein an air-conditioning indoor unit of a same type as the air-conditioning indoor unit is shown with the photographed image. An air outlet identification unit (213) determines an air outlet identifier of each air outlet in the photographed image based on a collation result, and on air outlet identification data indicating an air outlet identifier to be associated with each air outlet in the template image. An identification result display unit (214) displays the photographed image by superimposing the air outlet identifier on each air outlet in the photographed image.
Energy management system and method
A demand response system includes a mobile application of a mobile device that is configured to initiate altering an operating condition of a network device disposed at a site using location based services. A demand response application interface module is configured to enable access between a utility company and the network device to communicate energy management information therebetween. The network device is configured to be remotely altered by each of the demand response application interface module and the mobile application separately based on the location based services and the energy management information. A method of managing a demand response system includes detecting a user being disposed away from a site, detecting energy management information from a utility company associated with the site, and initiating a reduction in energy use at the site in response to the relative location of the user and the energy management information.

Control device and method for controlling air conditioner communicatively coupled to multiple user devices
According to one embodiment, a control device for an air conditioner which is communicably connected to first and second terminal devices to be used by first and second users is provided. The control device includes a processor. The processor configured to receive a first personal set temperature which is a temperature set by the first user by operating the first terminal device, receive a second personal set temperature which is a temperature set by the second user by operating the second terminal device, and determine a set value of the air conditioner based on the first personal set temperature and the second personal set temperature.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM
An environmental control system is provided and includes equipment to generate an environmental control effect, a damper associated with a zone to control a portion of the environmental control effect permitted to affect the zone by assuming one of various damper positions and a capacity controller operably coupled to the equipment and the damper to control operation of the equipment and to adjust the damper to assume the one of the various damper positions based on a demand of the zone and a capacity of the equipment.
Air conditioning control system and air conditioner
An air conditioning control system includes: an air pressure measurement unit (111) configured to measure an air pressure value; an air conditioning unit (136) whose wind direction and airflow volume are changeable; a wind velocity calculation unit (132) configured to calculate a wind velocity of wind received by a portable terminal (110) from a variation in a plurality of atmospheric pressure values and to specify a presence direction that is a direction in which the portable terminal (110) is present with respect to the air conditioner (130); an air conditioning control determination unit (134) configured to determine a wind direction and an airflow volume of the air conditioning unit (136) in accordance with the wind velocity and the presence direction; and an air conditioning control unit (135) configured to control the air conditioning unit (136) so that the determined wind direction and airflow volume are obtained.

HVAC SELF-BALANCING COMPONENTS AND CONTROLS
An all-inclusive fluid flow device that can variably magnify differential pressure, measure, and control a flow of a fluid is described. Various procedures, including measuring, controlling, balancing, or calibration procedures can leverage a variably magnified differential pressure measurement. Differential pressure measurements can be measured across the fluid flow device such that a first pressure measurement is taken upstream of the fluid flow device while a second pressure measurement is taken downstream of the fluid flow device. Moreover, one or more of the various pressure measurements, and in particular the downstream pressure measurement, can be performed at stagnation zone where the flow has stagnated. Such can provide significant magnification and/or turndown capabilities and the magnification can vary based on a damper position and/or apertures dimensions.
