A filter arrangement for a humidifying device. The filter arrangement has: a rotatable body; a humidifying filter member arranged to be wetted with water; a guiding arrangement configured to guide water to a discharge region; and at least one discharge bucket arranged on the rotatable body. The at least one discharge bucket is configured to lift water from a tray and to discharge the water to the guiding arrangement as the rotatable body rotates in a first direction about a rotational axis. A humidifying device comprising a filter arrangement and a method for cleaning a humidifying filter member of a humidifying device are also provided.

A humidification filter, in one aspect, includes at least one of natural fiber and regenerated fiber mixed with a hydrophobic synthetic fiber.

A humidifier includes a main housing, a fan unit and an air guiding arrangement, which includes a guiding roller and a partitioning assembly. The partitioning assembly is supported in the main housing at a position adjacent to the guiding roller to substantially enclose the water storage compartment. The partitioning assembly defines at least one air slot and an air passage channel, wherein when the fan unit and the guiding roller are driven to rotate, air is drawn from the air inlet and guided to pass through the air slot to reach the water storage compartment for effectively mixing with the water in the water storage compartment to form a predetermined amount of mist. The mist is arranged to pass through the partitioning assembly through the air passage channel and the fan unit, and eventually discharged out of the main housing.

An apparatus to evaporate water from a tank including a plurality of rotating thin discs partially extending into a tank containing the water and causing it to adhere to the discs. Air is caused to flow through the discs causing the water adhered to the discs to evaporate and when the discs rotate back into the tank cool the water. The apparatus can also remove water from a desiccant solution whereby when air is caused to flow through the discs above the solution it causes the water in the desiccant solution to evaporate reducing the water content of the solution.

There is provided a system comprising a reservoir containing fluid, a basin fluidly connected to said reservoir, a drum having a plurality of discs, and an exhaust. The discs are partially submerged in said basin and are rotated by a drum motor. A fan intakes air via an inlet and passes air through the drum and to an exhaust.

An air scrubber has an electrically driven fan and a drum having a mat forming a closed circulating band spanning a support of the drum. The disclosure relates to an evaporating assembly and a humidifier. The evaporating assembly includes a fixing shaft and at least two evaporating bodies. Each of the evaporating bodies is provided with a mounting hole and at least one group of limiting portions, wherein each of the evaporating bodies is detachably mounted on to the fixing shaft via the mounting hole, and the limiting portions on every two of the evaporating bodies that are adjacent to each other are abuttingly mated so that a first gap is formed between every two of the adjacent evaporating bodies.

The humidifying device according to the present disclosure can be applied in household appliances such as air cleaners and air conditioners. The operation and shut down of the humidification function is controlled, so as to avoid formation of superfluous air resistance when the humidification function is shut down. The present disclosure further provides an air cleaner and a household appliance, including the humidifying device provided according to the present disclosure. The air cleaner and the household appliance are not only simple in structure, effective in cost, and convenient in installation, but are also quiet when in operation.
