Glass integrated fan assembly
A glass integrated fan assembly for enabling a closed sliding door to ventilate a structure includes a door module or window module, which comprises a frame and a glass pane. The glass pane is engaged to the frame. The frame is positionable in an opening in a structure and can engage the structure so that the glass pane closes the opening. The glass pane has an aperture positioned therein. A fan unit is positioned in the aperture and is engaged to the glass pane. The fan unit can be used to ventilate an interior space of the structure. A panel is slidably engaged to the glass pane. The panel is selectively slidable from an open configuration, wherein the panel is positioned adjacent to the aperture, to a closed configuration, wherein the panel closes the aperture.
VALVE UNIT AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME
A valve unit for a heat-pump system, includes: a liquid refrigerant pipe portion; a gas refrigerant pipe portion; a liquid control valve disposed in the liquid refrigerant pipe portion; a gas control valve disposed in the gas refrigerant pipe portion; a casing accommodating the liquid control valve and the gas control valve; and an air-discharge mechanism that discharges air in an internal space of the casing to an external space outside the casing in response to a refrigerant leakage in the casing.
Purification dehumidifier
A purification dehumidifier includes a housing, a fan, a dehumidifier assembly, and a purifier assembly. The housing includes an air inlet, a dehumidified air outlet, and a purified air outlet. An air duct in communication with the air inlet, the dehumidified air outlet, and the purified air outlet is formed in the housing. The fan is arranged in the air duct and configured to introduce an airflow into the air duct from the air inlet and blow the airflow in the air duct out from at least one of the dehumidified air outlet or the purified air outlet. The dehumidifier assembly is arranged in the air duct and corresponding to the dehumidified air outlet. The purifier assembly is arranged in the air duct and corresponding to the purified air outlet.
Rotor, motor, fan, and air conditioner
A rotor includes a rotor core. A permanent magnet constitutes a first magnetic pole, and a part of the rotor core constitutes a second magnetic pole. In the second magnetic pole, a plurality of slits is symmetrically formed with respect to a magnetic pole center line connecting a pole center of the second magnetic pole and the center axis. On one side of the magnetic pole center line in a circumferential direction about the center axis, the plurality of slits has a first slit closest to the magnetic pole center line and a second slit adjacent to the first slit in the circumferential direction. A minimum distance L1 from the first slit to the outer circumference of the rotor core and a minimum distance L2 from the second slit to the outer circumference of the rotor core satisfy L1<L2.
INDICATION OF MOTOR SHAFT ROTATION AND CONTROLLER LOCATION
Embodiments are provided for a method for verifying operation of a variable air valve (VAV) equipment. Embodiments can include operating a motor having a motor shaft coupled to VAV equipment in one of a plurality of modes, and controlling a direction of rotation of the motor shaft coupled to the VAV equipment. Embodiments can also include providing an indication of the direction of rotation of the motor shaft coupled to the VAV equipment. Also provided are embodiments for a system that is used for verifying the operation of VAV equipment.
Air Distribution Device of Single Fan Type Air Purifier
An air circulation device for an air purifier includes an air passage apparatus which includes an air passage body having a first air outlet and a second air outlet formed in an opposing manner and defining an air passage between the first air outlet and the second air outlet, and an air flow generating unit mounted to the single fan unit in the air passage body and configured to draw air inletting into the air passage and form an air flow flowing towards the first air outlet and the second air outlet. The air circulation device further includes an air distribution member disposed in the air passage body and configured to provide different air outlet flowing speeds at the first air outlet and the second air outlet.
DAMPER INSPECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A damper inspection system for a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a fuse link sensor configured to couple to a damper. The fuse link sensor includes a first contact and a second contact. The fuse link sensor is configured to transition between an engaged configuration in which the first contact is electrically coupled to the second contact and a disengaged configuration in which the first contact is electrically decoupled from the second contact. The damper inspection system includes a remote controller that includes control circuitry configured to electrically couple to the first contact and the second contact and to determine an operational status of a fuse link of the damper based on an electrical continuity between the first contact and the second contact.
AIR-PROCESSING APPARATUS
An air-processing apparatus is provided. The air-processing apparatus may include a case having an outlet formed therein, a louver rotatably disposed in the case and configured to adjust a direction of air flowing through the outlet, and a louver actuator configured to adjust an orientation of the louver. The louver may include a louver rotational shaft and a plurality of vanes spaced apart from each other in a radial direction based on the louver rotational shaft. The louver actuator may be disposed so as to be in contact with a vane located at an outermost position among the plurality of vanes to change an orientation of the louver.
Ceiling type air conditioner
A ceiling type air conditioner including an indoor unit having a built-in heat exchanger and a built-in blower, and having a plurality of blowing passages for discharging, to the outside, air having passed through the heat exchanger; a discharge panel having a plurality of inlets into which air discharged through the plurality of blowing passages is delivered, an inner space at least partially communicating with the partiality of inlets, and a ring-or arc-shaped opening for discharging, into a room, air flowing into the inner space; and an air guide module mounted to the discharge panel, and moved upward and downward or rotated so as to vary airflow discharged through the opening.
ACTUATOR WITH AUTOMATIC FORCE SETTING AND SELF-CALIBRATION
Systems and methods for auto-calibration of current supplied to a motor of an actuator may include supplying an initial electrical current to the motor. One or more sensors may measure a condition corresponding to the motor as the initial electrical current is supplied to the motor. A processing circuit may compare the measured condition to an expected condition. The processing circuit may adjust a supply of the initial electrical current to the motor until the measured condition substantially matches the expected condition. The processing circuit may store data regarding an association between the adjusted supply of initial electrical current and the expected condition.
