METHOD FOR IN-LINE MEASUREMENT OF THE TEMPERATURE OF PRODUCTS TRAVELLING ON A CONVEYOR IN A FOOD PROCESSING OPERATION
Method for determining the temperature of products transported on the conveyor belt of a cryogenic tunnel, comprising the following steps: —continuously measuring the surface temperature of products travelling on the conveyor belt; —measuring the thickness of a product at the point where the temperature measurement is taken; —performing the following evaluation: a. when the thickness of the product is within a certain range, then the temperature measured for said product is considered to be a reliable value; b. when the thickness of the product is outside the range, then the last temperature value of the measured product is considered to be a reliable value according to paragraph a) above; c. after a determined period of time during which the measured thickness is outside the range, it is concluded that there are no products on the conveyor belt and the temperature measurements are no longer taken into account.

Wine storage apparatus
A wine storage apparatus is provided. The wine storage apparatus includes a housing, a door configured to open and close the housing and including a display, a rack provided inside the housing and configured to hold a bottle of wine, a sensor configured to obtain information about whether a bottle of wine is stored on the rack, and a processor configured to identify whether the bottle of wine is stored on the rack based on the information, and control the display to display guide information of the bottle of wine based on an identification result.
Refrigerator, server, and object recognition method of refrigerator
An object recognition method of a refrigerator is disclosed. The disclosed object recognition method of a refrigerator comprises the steps of: obtaining a captured image of a storage compartment of a refrigerator; checking the change in the imaging direction of an image capturing device which has captured the image of the storage compartment, when a change in the captured image is confirmed compared to a previously stored image; and performing an object recognition operation of the captured image when the imaging direction is maintained.
REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE WITH SMART DRAWERS
Methods of operating a refrigerator appliance are provided. The refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet defining a food storage chamber with a drawer slidably mounted within the food storage chamber. The refrigerator appliance also includes a sensor operable to detect an atmospheric condition within the food storage chamber of the drawer and a camera assembly positioned and configured for monitoring the drawer. The methods generally include obtaining an image using the camera assembly and analyzing the image to identify a first food item and a second food item in the food storage chamber of the drawer.
Refrigerator with inventory monitoring and management system
A detection system for estimating a weight of one or more items in a refrigerator is disclosed. The system comprises at least one shelf; at least one transducer configured to transmit a sonic or ultrasonic wave into the at least one shelf and capture the reflected or refracted wave from the shelf; and a processor configured to estimate the weight of the one or more items on the shelf from the sonic or ultrasonic wave received from the at least one transducer. The system further comprises a plurality of cameras configured to capture images of the one or more items on the shelf. The cameras are configured to capture images of the items while on the shelf and off the shelf, which are then used to identify the items and the changes in weight of those items. Items may be automatically reorder based on their weight or change in weight.
