A paint baking oven bakes a wet coating film applied to a vehicle body while conveying the vehicle body. The vehicle body has a main shell body to which side doors are attached via hinges. The topcoat paint baking oven includes a oven body and a hot air supplier that supplies hot air into the oven body. The oven body is configured to include a first oven body and a second oven body. The first oven body has a side-to-side width corresponding to a body width of the vehicle body in a state of closing the side doors. The second oven body has a width wider than the side-to-side width of the first oven body. The width of the second oven body corresponds to a body width of the vehicle body in a state of opening the side doors.

An apparatus and method for lyophilization, the apparatus includes a block made from a conductive material. The block has multiple wells dimensioned to receive containers wherein the depth of the wells is proportional to the length of the containers. A silicone pad covers the well and can secure the containers in the well. A metal plate can secure the silicone pad by fastening it to the block. The silicone plate and the metal plate can have vents to allow vapors from the containers to escape. The apparatus can be turned up to 90 degrees resulting in the turning of the containers from an upright position to a horizontal position. The container can be a syringe.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE CONTROLLED CONVEYANCE OF A WORKPIECE THROUGH A FLUIDIZED BED DRYER
20220390173 · 2022-12-08 ·

The present invention relates to the use of a mechanical apparatus to convey a workpiece through a fluidized bed dryer. In particular, the invention relates to a single or multiple stage vibrating fluidized drag conveyor having spaced apart conveyor paddles attached to a continuous chain or a similar device, and driven by a variable frequency motor drive. The invention is of particular applicability in the case of low-density workpieces where chaotic motion of air may disrupt or reverse the orderly flow of workpieces through the dryer.

METHOD OF JOINING GLASS ELEMENTS WITH MATERIAL CONTINUITY, GLASS COMPONENT, AND HOUSING, AND VACUUM INSULATING GLASS PANEL COMPRISING THE GLASS COMPONENT

The present invention relates to a method of joining glass elements with material continuity, to a glass component, to a housing, and to a vacuum insulating panel. The method comprises the following steps providing first and second glass elements, with each of the glass elements having at least one joining region having an outer edge to be joined, introducing a metallic material into the first glass element in the region of the joining region of the first glass element, placing the first and second glass elements onto one another such that the first and second glass elements contact one another at least at one outer edge of the respective joining region; and heating the metallic material in the first glass element so that the glass element at least partially melts in the region of the joining region of the first glass element so that a connection with material continuity is produced between the first and second glass elements.

Incline Belt Conveyor with Longitudinal Belt Guards and Methods of Preventing Seed Entering Between the Belt and a Curvilinear Structure

An agricultural incline conveyor having belt guards extending longitudinally through a curvilinear portion from a tail inlet to a head outlet. The belt guards protect linear edges of a belt within the curvilinear portion during mixing operations. A plurality of mixing baffles positioned within the curvilinear portion induce turbulent backflow of a metered stream of seed being transported through the curvilinear portion. The longitudinal guards prevent the loss of transported seed from entering between the belt and a trough of the curvilinear portion.
