In a method for reprocessing plastic waste material, in embodiments PET waste material, the plastic waste material is dried by a flash dryer in a conveying line and then fed into a multi-shaft screw machine. In the multi-shaft screw machine, the dried plastic waste material is reprocessed. Pre-drying enables simple, energy-efficient, economical, reliable and effective reprocessing.

The production method includes: a gel-crushing step of grinding a crosslinked hydrogel polymer to obtain a particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer; a heating drying step of obtaining dried particles from the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer by using a continuous stirring drying machine; a post-crosslinking step of post-crosslinking the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer or the dried particles; and a sizing step of adjusting a particle size of the dried particles or the post-crosslinked dried particles to obtain water-absorbent resin powder. The particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer contains a gel fluidizer. A gel temperature of the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer containing the gel fluidizer, the gel temperature being measured by a contact thermometer, is not lower than 50° C. In the production method, the dried particles or the post-crosslinked dried particles is forcedly cooled before the sizing step.

VORTEX TUBE DRYER
A vortex dryer for fibrous material utilizes a helical inlet to the base of a central vortex tube to separate fiber from debris by abruptly changing direction of the conveying air flow. The dryer combines the helical input with helical shaping of the air flow through the central vortex tube to induce greater drying for the fiber which is continued at the top of the vortex tube through a separate drying chamber.

PULSED COMBUSTION REACTOR WITH PULSATING FLAME, IN PARTICULAR FOR THERMAL MATERIAL TREATMENT OR MATERIAL SYNTHESIS
A method and a device for reliably preventing undesired flashback or excessive separation/extinction of a pulsating flame for use in pulsed combustion reactors or pulsation reactors for thermal material treatment or thermal material synthesis is disclosed. The invention makes it possible to operate pulsed combustion reactors or pulsation reactors with thermal material treatment at markedly greater amplitudes of an oscillation of a hot gas flow in the reactor, and to improve the properties of the thermally treated/thermally synthesized material, and to markedly increase the throughput rates of the reactor (reactor capacity), and thus to reduce production costs in comparison to other thermal methods/apparatus for material treatment, and hence to make the pulsed combustion reactor technology or pulsation reactor technology more competitive. According to the invention, the invention uses a swirl burner to generate a swirl-stabilized flame, an essentially conical diffuser being connected downstream of the burner.

SYSTEM FOR DISPOSING HIGH-MOISTURE MIXED WASTE COMPOSED OF KITCHEN GARBAGE AND WATER-CONTAINING SLUDGE
A system for disposing a high-moisture mixed waste composed of kitchen garbage and water-containing sludge is provided, including a mixed waste storage device, a mixed waste primary-drying device and a mixed waste incinerating device.
The mixed waste primary-drying device includes a mixed waste primary-drying body, a primary-drying material inlet, a primary-dried material outlet, a drying gas inlet and a primary waste gas outlet. A discharging outlet of the mixed waste storage device is connected with the primary-drying material inlet through the first conveying belt. The mixed waste incinerating device includes an incinerator, an incineration material inlet, an incineration material outlet, a combustion-supporting gas inlet and a flue gas outlet. The incineration material inlet is connected with the primary-dried material outlet through the second conveying belt and the combustion-supporting gas inlet is connected with the primary waste gas outlet. The flue gas outlet is connected with the drying gas inlet.

The production method includes a drying step of drying a particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer, which is a material of a water-absorbent resin, using a heating device to obtain dried particles. The heating device includes: a rotary container that contains the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer therein and rotates; and a plurality of heating tubes that are located within the rotary container, extend in an axial direction of the rotary container, and rotate together with the rotary container. A gel temperature of the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer to be subjected to the drying step, the gel temperature being measured by a contact thermometer, is not lower than 50° C.

The production method includes a drying step of drying a particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer, which is a material of a water-absorbent resin, using a heating device to obtain dried particles. The heating device includes: a rotary container that contains the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer therein and rotates; and a plurality of heating tubes that are located within the rotary container, extend in an axial direction of the rotary container, and rotate together with the rotary container. A gel temperature of the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer to be subjected to the drying step, the gel temperature being measured by a contact thermometer, is not lower than 50° C.
