Disclosed is an apparatus for drying a component transferred in a reel-to-reel method. The apparatus for drying a component transferred in a reel-to-reel method includes an uncoiler and a recoiler, both for transferring the component, a drying chamber disposed between the uncoiler and the recoiler and drying the component, wherein the drying chamber includes an inner space, a transfer roller for transferring the component; an infrared drier for irradiating infrared light toward the component, and a hot air supplier for supplying hot air between the infrared drier and the component.

Multipurpose solar drying tray assemblies and methods therefor

Tray assemblies and methods of their use to dry products with sunlight. Such a tray assembly includes at least a first base having four side walls, a bottom wall, legs configured to support the bottom wall above the surface when resting thereon, side wall holes in the side walls, and bottom wall holes in the bottom wall. A cover is releasably coupled to the base to define an enclosure between the cover, the side walls, and the bottom wall. At least one window is provided in the cover to allow infrared radiation to pass therethrough that is absorbed by interior surfaces of the base to cause an increase in a temperature within the enclosure sufficient to increase a rate of drying products located within the enclosure.

ELECTROHYDRODYNAMIC DRYING OF MOIST POROUS MATERIALS
20230088399 · 2023-03-23 ·

An electrohydrodynamic (EHD) drying apparatus includes a non-uniform electric field resulting from an electric field source operable for a high potential, and an electric field source operable for a low potential. A power source is connected to the electric field sources for producing the non uniform electric field for inducing dielectrophoresis (DEP) in an article within the uniform electric field. In particular configurations, the applied non-uniform electric field is for separating a vapor phase being formed during drying from the liquid phase. The electric field source defines a polarizer adapted to produce dielectrophoresis, and the electric field induces coupled electrostatics and momentum for disposing liquid towards the high electric field for drying.

CLOTHES DRYER USING LED LIGHT SOURCE

A clothes dryer using an LED light source is proposed. Instead of using a heater, a blowing fan, and a heat exchanger, the clothes dryer employs a plurality of LED light source modules provided in a body and efficiently arranged therein and an air circulation structure of an air circulation part having a blowing fan arranged in the inner rear side thereof, and is configured to sterilize air through an air sterilization part, absorb and dry moisture by a ceramic filter, and then finally discharge the air to the outside through an exhaust fan. Therefore, without requiring a separate water discharge treatment process in an existing method, the clothes dryer can achieve efficient drying of clothes and drying of clothes without damage.

COCKPIT MODULE OF PURPOSE-BUILT VEHICLE

A system and method for the removal of volatile components from a liquid or a slurry containing solids and liquids and using a screw conveyor or auger systems that transfers solid/liquid slurries through an elongated tube heated by solar energy from a parabolic solar trough. The system flashes off the volatile component then counter-currently flows that vapor back into the hollow pipe inside of the augur creating a Multi-effect or Multi Flash device which greatly improves the overall efficiency of removal of the volatile material.

Electrode Drying Method Capable of Suppressing Binder Swelling and Electrode Drying System Using Same

An electrode drying method including: constant-rate-drying an electrode substrate coated with an electrode slurry while the electrode substrate is moved in a state that the electrode substrate makes a tilt angle with a horizontal plane; and falling-rate-drying the electrode substrate while the electrode substrate is horizontally moved. The electrode drying method and related system provide suppression of a floating phenomenon of binder elements during a drying process of an electrode and improve adhesive force between an electrode mixture layer and an electrode current collector.
