FREEZE DRYING WITH COMBINED FREEZING CHAMBER AND CONDENSER
A compact freeze dryer removes a liquid from a bulk powder product. The freeze dryer utilizes a single cryogenic vessel for both (1) freezing the liquid contained in the bulk product, and (2) condensing vapor resulting from sublimating the frozen liquid. A vacuum pump is connected to the cryogenic vessel for drawing a vacuum in the cryogenic vessel and in a drying vessel. Vapor resulting from subliming the frozen liquid in the drying vessel is drawn into the cryogenic vessel and condensed.
Process for drying granular polymeric material and plant operating according to said process
A process for drying granular polymeric material, comprising the steps of: dehumidifying the granular polymeric material by means of a first flow of gas at a first temperature of between 100° C. and 150° C.; heating the dehumidified granular polymeric material to a second temperature, greater than the first temperature; drying the granular polymeric material heated to the second temperature, by applying a predefined vacuum level; and transferring the dried granular polymeric material to a feed hopper (40) provided upstream of a working machine (100).
ROTATING-SCREW DRYING REACTOR
The present disclosure relates to a rotating-screw drying reactor for filtering and drying a fluid-containing material, and to a method for continuously filtering and drying a fluid-containing material by means of the rotating-screw drying reactor.
PROCESS FOR DRYING GRANULAR POLYMERIC MATERIAL AND PLANT OPERATING ACCORDING TO SAID PROCESS
A process for drying granular polymeric material, includes: dehumidifying the granular polymeric material by a first flow of gas at a first temperature of between 100° C. and 150° C.; heating the dehumidified granular polymeric material to a second temperature, greater than the first temperature; drying the granular polymeric material heated to the second temperature, by applying a predefined vacuum level.
The pressure-sealing elements include a filling unit, which includes a small tank blocked upstream and downstream by shut-off valves, as well as a discharge unit, which includes a small tank blocked upstream and downstream by respective shut-off valves.
DRYING APPARATUS FOR DRYING A SUBSTANCE, POULTRY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS WELL AS METHOD OF DRYING A SUBSTANCE
The present invention relates to a drying apparatus for drying a substance, in particular for drying poultry manure, comprising a drying unit with a conveyor, a dry substance sensor and an ammonia sensor.
Continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen and related drying method
The present invention relates to the technical field of bee product processing, and discloses a continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen and related drying method. The continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen comprises: a box body; a first drying conveying structure; a second drying conveying structure; and a heat pump dehumidification heating structure. The continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen has the advantage of high drying efficiency.
STEEL GRIT DRYER
A method of processing steel grit may include moving steel grit into a pre-classifier, weighing the pre-classifier with steel grit being processed by the pre-classifier, and altering a functional process to process the steel grit based on the weight of the pre-classifier including the steel grit. A machine for processing steel grit may include a pre-classifier configured to process steel grit to remove debris from the steel grit. A support member may be configured to support the pre-classifier. Multiple rotatable link assemblies may connect the pre-classifier to the support member to enable the pre-classifier to freely rotate as a function of gravity when supported from the support member. A weight sensor may be configured to weigh the pre-classifier including steel grit contained in the pre-classifier.
DRYING PROCESS, DRYING DEVICE AND VACUUM CONVEYOR WITH DRYING
A method and to a device for drying a powdered and/or granular material for additive manufacturing, in particular for drying a metal powder or a metal powder blend. The material to be dried is contained in an evacuable volume, in particular in a vacuum conveyor. The evacuable volume is fluidically connected to a vacuum pump arrangement. The vacuum pump arrangement is fluidically connected on the inlet side to the evacuable volume and on the outlet side to the surroundings of the evacuable volume. The vacuum pump arrangement on the outlet side comprises a sensor for recording the moisture in the fluid pumped out of the evacuable volume, with the sensor being used to record the residual moisture in the powdered and/or granular material as a function of the moisture in the fluid that is pumped out.
Vacuum freeze-drying apparatus and vacuum freeze-drying method
Provided is a vacuum freeze-drying apparatus 1, having a drying device 3 provided with an inlet portion and an outlet portion and comprising a tubular member 31 formed of a tubular shape, a temperature adjusting means 30a to 30j provided in a plurality of regions 40a to 40j in a direction from the inlet portion to the outlet portion in a peripheral portion of the tubular member for adjusting a temperature of the plurality of regions in an outer surface of the tubular member, a temperature control unit 8 for independently controlling the temperature adjusting means, and a rotating portion 7 for rotating the tubular member, wherein the tubular member has a spiral transfer means 31a for transferring the frozen substance entering from the inlet portion sequentially to locations corresponding to the plurality of regions in the tubular member to continuously sublimate and dry the frozen substance.
