An oven system includes an oven chamber defined by side walls and a top wall. The oven chamber includes a slot formed in the top wall. A conveyor rail extends longitudinally along the slot at a position outside of the oven chamber. A conveyor hanger is coupled to and movable along the conveyor rail to support a material within the oven chamber. A first support bracket and a second support bracket each extend longitudinally along a length of the top wall of the oven chamber. The second support bracket is spaced from the first support bracket to define the slot that extends longitudinally along the top wall of the oven chamber. A closure mechanism is coupled to the first and second support brackets to inhibit heat from releasing out of the oven chamber.

A closure mechanism to inhibit escape of heat from an oven chamber of a conveyor oven having a conveyor hanger. The closure mechanism includes a plurality of plates configured to couple to a first and second pluralities of connection tabs of a conveyor oven. Each of the plurality of plates include a connection portion, an angled portion configured to extend downward from the connection portion within a slot of the conveyor oven and an engagement portion extending downward from the angled portion to form an engagement surface.

Thermoplastic kettle auxiliary heat exchanger system
10302360 · 2019-05-28 ·

An auxiliary heating means for improving the melting efficiency of melter kettles used to melt thermoplastic pavement marking materials. The auxiliary heating means includes a tube assembly through which thermoplastic material received from the bottom of the melter kettle is transferred to the top of the melter kettle. The tube assembly comprises an odd number of tubes having augers therein. The tube assembly is coupled to a side portion of the melter kettle and located within a heat chamber through which hot combustion gases from a combustion chamber at the bottom of the melter kettle flow and transfer heat into the tube assembly. The heat chamber comprises an extended portion of a heat chamber that surrounds the melter kettle.

A continuous, high-temperature preheating plant for preheating flat semi-finished steel products has a conveying line suitable to transfer the flat semi-finished steel products from an inlet to an outlet of the continuous, high-temperature preheating plant, and a plurality of heating devices arranged along the conveying line to heat the semi-finished steel products from an inlet temperature to a predetermined final temperature. The plurality of heating devices has, arranged in sequence between the inlet and the outlet along the conveying line, a first induction furnace, a second induction furnace, and at least one electric resistance radiation furnace. The continuous, high-temperature preheating plant has a cutting apparatus suitable to cut a starting flat semi-finished steel product into a plurality of cut segments having a predetermined length less than a length of the starting flat semi-finished steel product. The cutting apparatus is arranged between the first induction furnace and the second induction furnace.

TRANSPORT DEVICE AND REFLOW OVEN COMPRISING TRANSPORT DEVICE
20250321054 · 2025-10-16 ·

The present disclosure discloses a transport device and a reflow oven comprising the same. The transport device includes a first rail device. The first rail device includes a first guide rail and a first conveying belt. The first conveying belt includes a chain and a plurality of support bars, with the plurality of support bars arranged in a length direction, and each of the support bars rotatably connected to the chain, where each of the support bars is rotatable to a first state and a second state, and a distance from the top of the support bar in the second state to the chain is less than that from the top of the support bar in the first state to the chain. The support bars in the first state can support an element to be processed, and the support bars in the second state do not support the element to be processed, thereby reducing the occupied space. With the arrangement of the rotatable support bars, the first conveying belt of the first rail device can always travel in the length direction, enabling a lifting function of the support bars, without the need to move the position of the first conveying belt.
