Disclosed is a thermal reduction apparatus. The thermal reduction apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment includes: a preheating unit which preheats a to-be-reduced material and loads the to-be-reduced material into a reducing unit; the reducing unit which is connected to the preheating unit and in which a thermal reduction reaction of the to-be-reduced material occurs; a cooling unit which is connected to the reducing unit and from which the to-be-reduced material flowing into the cooling unit is unloaded to the outside; a gate device which is installed between the preheating unit and the reducing unit; a gate device which is installed between the reducing unit and the cooling unit; a condensing device which is connected to the reducing unit and condenses a metal vapor; a first blocking unit which is installed in the reducing unit; and a second blocking unit which is installed in the reducing unit so as to be spaced apart from the first blocking unit.

The push-pull assembly is configured to drive a material pallet for containing a material to move between a first position and a second position. The first position and the second position are staggered in a first direction, and the second position is located above the carrying base.
Precision dual annealing apparatus
A dual annealing apparatus and use thereof for precision annealing of an article are provided. In one aspect, an annealing apparatus includes: a first heating plate opposite a second heating plate; a first cooling source associated with the first heating plate; and a second cooling source associated with the second heating plate, wherein the first heating plate and the second heating plate are independently controllable, and wherein the first cooling source and the second cooling source are independently controllable. A method for annealing an article using the annealing apparatus is also provided.

An automatic vacuum preheating furnace comprises a furnace box, a vacuum extraction device used to evacuate the furnace box, a transporting device located inside the furnace box and used to transport materials, two opposite end of the furnace box have an opening respectively, an automatic sealing door is located on the opening, the automatic vacuum preheating furnace further includes preheating devices, each preheating devices includes a blasting device which is located under the furnace box and connected with the furnace box, and a wind returning device which is located upon the furnace box and connected with the furnace box, each blasting device includes a heating unit and a wind adjusting unit. Each wind adjusting unit includes wind boards, the wind boards are movably connected with two opposite sidewalls of the furnace box through hinges, the wind boards are multiple, and axes of the hinges of the wind boards are parallel to each other, and located on a same plane, the plane is parallel to a bottom of the furnace box. The structure of the automatic vacuum preheating furnace can vacuum preheat the materials the materials efficiently before vacuum drying.
Device, system and method for separating transport boats
A device for separating interconnected transport boats that are movable in a first plane in an intended direction of motion includes a substantially oval, non-circular separation disk aligned parallel to the first plane and connected to a rotary drive and a lifting device via a drive shaft. The separation disk is movable by means of the lifting device in the direction of the transport boats to be separated in order to engage with a corresponding total recess in the transport boats to be separated. In addition, the separation disk is rotatably movable in, and/or parallel to, the first plane by means of the rotary drive in order to separate the transport boats to be separated from each other by rotating the separation disk.

Multi-chamber furnace for vacuum carburizing and quenching of gears, shafts, rings and similar components has at least two process chambers connected in parallel, with a continuous feeding mechanism for individual workpieces. Those chambersthe first one being a heating chamber, the second being a carburizing chamber and the third one diffusion chamberare configured in a vertical arrangement, placed in a shared vacuum space with gas-tight division, whereas at the ends of each chamber there are incorporated heating chambers with thermal insulation, with a graphite heating system and stepping feeding mechanism incorporated in the core for the purpose of continuous feeding of individual workpieces. At the ends of those chambers the construction incorporates transport chambers featuring loading and unloading systems X-Y enabling cooperation with individual process chambers through thermal and gas-tight doors installed in chamber ends, while external access to the transport chambers is ensured through loading and unloading locks.
Precision Dual Annealing Apparatus
A dual annealing apparatus and use thereof for precision annealing of an article are provided.
