System and Method for Recycling Asphalt through Radiant and Convection Heating and Simultaneous Gentle Tumbling
A system and method for recycling used asphalt material through convection heating and gentle tumbling recycles used asphalt material, such as reclaimed asphalt pavement, by uniformly and gradually applying radiant and convectional heating towards the used asphalt material. A radiant heating coil generates a controlled amount of radiant heat, at about 325 degrees, and up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit. At least one blower works to blow the radiant heat to the used asphalt material as convectional heat. An agitating conveyor simultaneously carries the used asphalt material while it is being heated. The agitating conveyor has a radiant heated conveyor floor that comprises depressions that work to agitate the used asphalt material. The uniform heating of the used asphalt material inhibits moisture from surging from the used asphalt material and maintains integrity of the subsequently formed rejuvenated asphalt. A rejuvenating chamber mixes the used asphalt material with a rejuvenating composition.
CONTINUOUS WORKING SYSTEM WITH HANGING CONVEYER
A working system includes two or more container which are manufactured separately and previously and then moved to the factories or working plants, and then assembled into the continuous working system in the factories or working plants, for allowing the working system to be easily manufactured and assembled and moved or transported to the required places or positions. The containers each include one or more working zones and an aisle for entering into the working zones selectively. Two of the containers are arranged opposite to each other and parallel to each other, and the other containers are arranged opposite to and parallel to each other and disposed between the other two containers.
Cross axis vibrated calciner for the heating of granular material
A machine for the heating of granular material at high temperature, wherein a vessel is divided into compartments by vessel dams and vibrated in a direction perpendicular or Cross Axis to the vessel longitudinal axis. The vessel is vibrated by counter rotating rotary vibrators to create a Cross Axis vibration causing a circular cascading movement of the granular material within the vessel. The vessel is surrounded by a furnace heated by electric power or a combustible gas.
