A heat exchanger device for a motor vehicle includes a main body, through which a temperature-control medium can flow, and a media-conveying device which passes through the main body and by which a medium to be temperature-controlled can be conveyed through the main body. As a result, the temperature of the medium to be temperature-controlled can be controlled by heat exchange with the temperature-control medium. The main body is produced in an integral injection molding process, as a result of which the main body is closed on the periphery and open-pored in the interior.

HEAT EXCHANGER

A heat exchanger includes tubes arranged side by side, and a tank connected to ends of the tubes. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between a first fluid flowing inside the tubes and a second fluid flowing outside the tubes. The heat exchanger includes a closing member disposed inside the tank and partially closing an opening provided at an end of a predetermined tube that is at least one of the tubes. The predetermined tube has a protrusion formed at the end of the predetermined tube. The closing member has an avoiding structure that avoids interference between the protrusion and the closing member.

FIN ELEMENT FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER

A fin element for a heat exchanger, in particular for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning system of a motor vehicle, with a plurality of connecting sections and of longitudinal sections, whereby in each case two adjacent longitudinal sections are connected to one another by a connecting section, whereby at least one of the longitudinal sections has gills formed by webs and slots, whereby at least one of the webs has a flared web surface, whereby the web surface is flared out from the at least one longitudinal section, whereby the web surface forms at least two surface sections arranged angled to one another.

TUBE WITH A RESERVOIR OF PHASE-CHANGE MATERIAL FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER

The present invention relates to a tube (1) with a reservoir of phase-change material for a heat exchange bundle (100) of a heat exchanger, said tube (1) with a reservoir of phase-change material including: two flow plates (3) which are configured to be assembled with one another in a fluid-tight fashion and form at least one duct (31) in which a first heat-transfer fluid flows between said flow plates (3), at least one reservoir plate (5) including cavities (51), said reservoir plate (5) being configured so that it can be assembled in fluid-tight fashion on an external face of one of the two flow plates (3) so as to close the cavities (51) and form housings for the phase-change material, said cavities (51) projecting from the external face of the reservoir plate (5) so that that a second heat-transfer fluid can circulate between said cavities (51).
