A COOLING ASSEMBLY
A cooling assembly for a motor vehicle, the cooling assembly having a primary heat exchanger comprising a pair of primary collector boxes, the primary collector boxes with primary header plates, the primary header plates being of essentially rectangular shape; a plurality of primary tubes stacked between the primary header plates; a secondary heat exchanger comprising a pair of secondary collector boxes with secondary header plates being of essentially rectangular shape; a plurality of secondary tubes stacked between the secondary collector boxes. The primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger are arranged in parallel, perpendicularly to each other so that the secondary header plates of the secondary heat exchanger at least partially overlap the stack of the primary tubes of the primary heat exchanger.
HEAT EXCHANGER WITH AN ADDED-ON COLLECTOR
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) comprising at least one heat exchange bundle (2), a box (4, 6) and a collector (8), the box (4, 6) being arranged at one end (24, 26) of the heat exchange bundle (2), the heat exchange bundle (2) comprising at least one peripheral wall (10) which delimits a housing (18) in which a plurality of tubes (12) extend, inside which tubes a first fluid circulates and around which a second fluid circulates, at least one opening (30) being provided in the peripheral wall (10) and a collector (8) comprising a peripheral edge (40) being arranged so as to cover the opening (30).
Heat exchanger rib for multi-function aperture
Phased array antennas, such as a multi-function aperture, are limited in performance and reliability by traditional air-cooled thermal management systems. A fuel-cooled multi-function aperture passes engine fuel through channels within the ribs of the multi-function aperture to provide better heat transfer than can be achieved through air cooled systems. The increased heat transfer and thermal management results in a multi-function aperture with improved performance and reliability.
Spiral tube heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a first fluid pathway enclosed in a heat exchanger body to convey a first fluid through the heat exchanger body and a second fluid pathway enclosed in the heat exchanger body to convey a second fluid through the heat exchanger body and facilitate thermal energy exchange between the first fluid and the second fluid. The first fluid pathway and the second fluid pathway together are arranged in a spiral arrangement extending along a central axis of the heat exchanger.
HEAT DISSIPATION DEVICE
A heat dissipation device is configured for a working fluid to flow therethrough. The heat dissipation device includes a base and at least one heat dissipation fin. The base has at least one internal channel configured for the working fluid to flow therethrough. The at least one heat dissipation fin having an extension channel and an inlet and an outlet is in fluid communication with the extension channel. The at least one heat dissipation fin is inserted into one side of the base, and the extension channel is communicated with the at least one internal channel through the inlet and the outlet.
Heat exchanger comprising a stack of cells
A heat exchanger suitable to be used as a recuperator in a micro gas turbine including a stack of cells. Each of the cells includes a pair of mutually spaced-apart plates and layers including heat exchange elements arranged at the outer surfaces of the plates and between the plates. Each of the layers including heat exchange elements can include at least one discrete spatial component incorporating a number of elements. Both a supply header and a discharge header of the heat exchanger can be made of only two components at the position of the stack of cells. Compensating for heat expansion effects can be via a bellows-shaped pipe portion of a supply conduit.
The heat dissipation device includes a base, at least one heat dissipation fin, and at least one fluid replenisher. The at least one fluid replenisher is connected to at least one internal channel.
Header assembly for heat exchanger and heat exchanger
A header assembly and a heat exchanger having the same are provided. The header assembly includes at least one header group, the header group includes a plurality of main header sections, the main header section is provided with at least one through groove, the through groove extends in a same direction as an axis of the main header section, and the plurality of main header sections in the header group are communicated with one another. In the header group, the main header section extends along a first direction, and the plurality of main header sections are sequentially arranged along a second direction. An included angle between the first direction and the second direction is greater than 0°.
