Heat Exchange Structure
The present disclosure provides a heat exchange structure, which includes a metal base; and a plurality of flow-passing holes disposed on the metal base, and at least part of the plurality of flow-passing holes being communicated with each other. An disclosure of the technical solution of the present disclosure can effectively solve the problem of low heat exchange efficiency between stainless steel ice cubes and drinks in the related technology.
Phase Change Cold Storage Device Having Vortex Coiled Tubes
The present invention provides a phase change cold storage device having vortex coiled tubes, which falls within the technical field of low temperatures and comprises an inlet tube, an outlet tube, a tube plate, a baffle plate, vortex coiled tubes, a cylinder body, a central tube, a support frame, a seal head and a saddle, wherein the tube plate is fixedly connected to the cylinder body, a lower end position and a central position of the tube plate are respectively perforated, the inlet tube and the outlet tube are respectively connected to a lower end position and a central position of the tube plate, the baffle plate and the vortex coiled tubes are mounted on the central tube, one end of the central tube is fixed on the tube plate, and the other end is inserted through the support frame connected to the cylinder body, the head is connected to the cylinder, provided on the opposite side of the inlet and outlet tubes, and the saddle is provided below the cylinder. The present invention has a compact structure, is easy to manufacture, and easily enhances heat transfer with vortex coiled tubes, and at the same time, has a good cold storage effect and a wide application range.
Fire tube
A fire tube with three hollow tube sections, two of which are parallel to each other and one of which is perpendicular to and connects the ends of the first two tube sections. The bottom-most tube section, which contains the burner, has an inner ceramic liner that is made up of one or more separate ceramic tubular sections. An upper set of cooling fins surrounds the top part of the bottom-most tube section, and a lower set of cooling fins surrounds the bottom part of the bottom-most tube section.
Heat exchanger with build powder in barrier channels
An additively manufactured heat exchanger configured to transfer heat between a first fluid and a second fluid includes a first channel with a first wall configured to port flow of a first fluid and a second channel with a second wall configured to port flow of a second fluid. The heat exchanger also includes a barrier channel containing unprocessed build powder provided by the additive manufacturing process and is located between the first wall and the second wall. The barrier channel is configured to prevent mixing of the first fluid and the second fluid when one of the first wall and the second wall ruptures.
ADDITIVELY MANUFACTURED POROUS HEAT EXCHANGER
A porous heat exchanger including a single piece core extending axially is provided. The core defines a first air inlet and a first air outlet for a first fluid, a second air inlet and a second air outlet for a second fluid. The first/second fluid flows into the core from the first/second air inlet through a first/second fluid channel and flows out of the core through the first/second air outlet. The core includes solid material sheets and porous material sheets disposed alternately with the solid material sheets so each porous material sheet has an adjacent solid material sheet on each side defining one of the first fluid channel for a flow of the first fluid or the second fluid channel for a flow of the second fluid. Heat transfer occurs between the first fluid in the first fluid channel and the second fluid in the second fluid channel.
Heat-exchanger element and method for producing a heat-exchanger element
The invention relates to a heat-exchanger element for connection to tubes of a heat exchanger, the heat-exchanger element (1, 29, 32) consisting of a plurality of components (13, 14) welded to each other, and said components (13, 14) being interconnected by electron beam welding and being part of a heat exchanger head.
BASIC STRUCTURAL BODY FOR CONSTRUCTING HEAT DISSIPATION DEVICE AND HEAT DISSIPATION DEVICE
A basic structural body for constructing heat dissipation device and a heat dissipation device are disclosed. The heat dissipation device includes a first basic structural body having a wick structure formed on one side surface thereof; and the first basic structural body and the wick structure are structural bodies formed layer by layer. Two pieces of first basic structural bodies can be correspondingly closed together to construct a heat dissipation device internally defining an airtight chamber. In this manner, the heat dissipation device can be designed in a more flexible manner.
HEAT EXCHANGER TRANSFER TUBES
A transfer tube for a thermal transfer device can include at least one wall having an inner surface and an outer surface, where the inner surface forms a cavity, where the at least one wall further has a first end and a second end. The first end can be configured to couple to a terminus of a heat exchanger of the thermal transfer device. The second end can be configured to couple to a collector box of the thermal transfer device. At least a portion of the at least one wall can be disposed in a vestibule of the thermal transfer device. The cavity can be configured to simultaneously receive a first fluid that flows from the first end to the second end and a second fluid that flows from the second end to the first end.
