HEAT EXCHANGER FOR COOLING CRACKED GAS
A cracked gas cooling heat exchanger includes a tube connection between an uncooled tube (1) and a cooled tube (2), having a cooled inner tube (3) enclosed by a jacket tube (4), with a tube intermediate space (5) for flowing cooling medium. A gas inlet header (11) has a GI tube inner part (12) and a GI tube outer part (13) and a cooling space (14) with an insulating layer (15). The GI tube outer part connects via a water chamber (6) to the jacket tube. The GI tube inner part faces the inner tube and is connected on a face (8) of the water chamber. A weld backing ring (16), between an end face (9) of the cooling space and a bottom face (8) of the water chamber, is in the insulating layer of the cooling space, arranged in a turn-out/groove (17) in the insulating layer.

A heat transfer unit for a motor vehicle may include a metallic heat transfer block and a base plate. The heat transfer block may include channels that are configured to be flowed through. The base plate may include an outer region and a material bonding region. The base plate may be exposed towards the outside and may be materially bonded to the heat transfer block in the material bonding region. The base plate may be formed out of an aluminium, an aluminium alloy, or a wrought aluminium alloy. The outer region of the base plate may comprise a protective coating produced by anodising at least in regions, and the material bonding region of the base plate may not have a protective coating produced by anodising.

A deflector for a condenser, the condenser has an inlet communicated with exhaust pipes of a compressor, and the deflector is provided at the inlet, the deflector includes: a flow guiding structure having a first tube section and a second tube section of increasing diameter, the second tube section being positioned below the first tube section and extending into the condenser when mounted in place; and a support assembly for fixing the flow guiding structure at the inlet, at least a part of the refrigerant gas flow flows through the interior of the first tube section, and at least another part of the refrigerant gas flow flows through the outer side of the first tube section.
