ADAPTIVE SIDE PLATE FOR AUTOMOTIVE HEAT EXCHANGER
A corner assembly arrangement for a heat exchanger is provided. The corner assembly has a manifold having a tubular metal vessel and a side plate consisting of a flat metal plate extending orthogonally to the manifold and attached to an end thereof. The side plate has an end tab that extends in a zigzag pattern from a respective end of the side plate and has a support end in contact with a wall of the manifold. The support end has, according to a plan view, a concavity configured to fit the wall of the manifold.
Heat exchanger and method of operating a heat exchanger
A heat exchanger has flow channels for coolants, which flow channels include turbulence elements having a different flow resistance depending on a direction of a flow, wherein the flow can be passed through the heat exchanger in different directions. As part of a method of operating the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is flowed through in different directions using a pump that can be operated in different directions.
Distributor, heat exchanger unit and air conditioner
An air conditioner including a distributor configured to distribute a fluid to a heat exchanger. The distributor comprises a main pipe; a partition defining a plurality of distribution paths in the main pipe; a first branched pipe inserted into the main pipe as much as first length, linked to a first distribution path of the plurality of distribution paths, connected to a first portion of the heat exchanger; and a second branched pipe inserted into the main pipe as much as second length different from the first length, linked to the first distribution path, connected to a second portion of the heat exchanger. A flow velocity of air exchanging heat at the first portion of the heat exchanger is faster than a flow velocity of air exchanging heat at the second portion of the heat exchanger. The first length is shorter than the second length.
Header for a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger
The disclosure relates to a header connected to or formed as a part of a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has a heat exchanger body with a plurality of discrete channels for a first fluid and a plurality of discrete channels for a second fluid. The header has a first end having a round configuration and a second end being provided with a plurality of discrete channels. The header is provided with a plurality of dividers dividing one or more internal channels of the circular pipe into the plurality of discrete channels at the second end. At least some of the dividers extend from the second end to the first end and define a plurality of channel mouths at the first end. The disclosure also relates to a heat exchanger.
Spiral tube heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a first fluid pathway enclosed in a heat exchanger body to convey a first fluid through the heat exchanger body and a second fluid pathway enclosed in the heat exchanger body to convey a second fluid through the heat exchanger body and facilitate thermal energy exchange between the first fluid and the second fluid. The first fluid pathway and the second fluid pathway together are arranged in a spiral arrangement extending along a central axis of the heat exchanger.
WATER CHAMBER FOR CONDENSER, CONDENSER HAVING IT AND CHILLER SYSTEM
A water chamber structure for a condenser, including an orifice plate arranged at one end of the condenser; a water cover fixed to the orifice plate in a sealed manner to form a water storage space; and a partition plate assembly for dividing the water storage space into a water inlet chamber and a water outlet chamber in a sealed manner, including: a first partition plate, the top and side walls of the first partition plate are fixed to the inner walls of the water cover; and a second partition plate, the top of the second partition plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first partition plate, the bottom of the second partition plate is fixed to the orifice plate, and the side walls of the second partition plate are connected with the inner walls of the water cover in a sealed manner.
Heat Exchanger
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a heat exchanger, including: at least three heat exchange tube groups, herein the heat exchange tube groups are communicated in sequence, and at least two heat exchange tube groups are superposed mutually along a direction in which a heat exchange airflow flows, a medium sequentially flows through each heat exchange tube group and forms a U-shaped trajectory; an intermediate adapter portion, herein at least two heat exchange tube groups are communicated with each other by means of the intermediate adapter portion, the intermediate adapter portion includes at least two adapters and an adapter tube communicated with the two adjacent adapters, herein the adapter is composed of a first plate and a second plate, the adapter tube is an extrusion-formed flat tube, and a width direction of the adapter tube is perpendicular to a width direction of the heat exchange tube groups.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of first members, and a plurality of second members located between adjacent first members of the plurality of first members. The plurality of first members each include a plurality of openings and a first flow path connected to the plurality of openings. The plurality of second members each include a second flow path connected to the openings of the adjacent first members. The plurality of openings and the first flow path of the first member, and the second flow path of the second member define a flow path for a first fluid. A region between the adjacent first members defines a flow path for a second fluid. The heat exchanger further includes a third member extending toward the region on the first member.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes tubes arranged side by side, and a tank connected to ends of the tubes. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between a first fluid flowing inside the tubes and a second fluid flowing outside the tubes. The heat exchanger includes a closing member disposed inside the tank and partially closing an opening provided at an end of a predetermined tube that is at least one of the tubes. The predetermined tube has a protrusion formed at the end of the predetermined tube. The closing member has an avoiding structure that avoids interference between the protrusion and the closing member.
HEATED HEADER FOR SUBFREEZING HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger header includes a first inlet, a first passageway that fluidically connects the first inlet to a first outlet, a second inlet, and a second passageway. The second passageway fluidically connects the second inlet to a second outlet. The first inlet, the first passageway, and the first outlet are fluidically isolated from the second inlet, the second passageway, and the second outlet.
