HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger including a tube/rib block made up of tubes and ribs, the tubes forming fluid channels for conducting a first fluid, in particular a refrigerant, and the ribs arranged between the tubes forming a second fluid channel for conducting a second fluid, such as, in particular, air, which flows around the tubes, a collector being arranged at at least one end of the tube/rib block, which communicates with the fluid channels of the tubes, the at least one collector being provided with a plate-type design and including at least one base plate and a cover plate, which are stacked and soldered in a sealed manner, a spacer for spacing the base plate at a distance from the cover plate and for distributing the first fluid in the collector being provided.
Heat exchanger and refrigeration cycle apparatus
A heat exchanger includes flat tubes, a header, and a refrigerant inlet. The header has a first plate, a second plate, and a third plate. The first plate has a ridge portion defining a tank space. The second plate has a first flow passage and a second flow passage. The first flow passage extends in such a manner that an area of the first flow passage coincides with an area of the tank space. The second flow passage extends in such a manner that an area of the second flow passage does not coincide with the area of the tank space. An upper portion of the first flow passage and an upper portion of the second flow passage are connected to each other via a first connecting flow passage. A lower portion of the first flow passage and a lower portion of the second flow passage are connected to each other via a second connecting flow passage. The third plate has a communicating hole that allows the first flow passage and each of the flat tubes to communicate with each other.
Header plateless type heat exchanger
In a header plateless type heat exchanger, to suppress temperature rise at an apical portion of a tube into which exhaust gas at high temperatures or the like flows, to thereby improve durability. A recessed groove portion 4c recessed inward with narrow width is formed on outer face side of each of a pair of plates, in parallel to a swelling portion 4 and in the approximately same length.
Heat Exchanger Tube Support
A heat exchanger for heat exchange between a first fluid and a second fluid has a plurality of tube sections, each comprising; an interior for passing the first fluid; an exterior for exposure to the second fluid; a first leg; a second leg; a turn joining the first leg to the second leg; and a first face and a second face. A support has at least one carbon member engaging the plurality of tube sections.
Heat Exchanger Tube Support
A heat exchanger for heat exchange between a first fluid and a second fluid has a plurality of tube sections, each having; an interior for passing the first fluid; an exterior for exposure to the second fluid; a first leg; a second leg; and a turn joining the first leg to the second leg. A has: fiber members passing between legs of the tube sections; and an end plate.
Heat exchanger with multipass fluid flow passages
Methods and systems are provided for a heat exchanger. In one example, the heat exchanger may dissipate energy generated by a battery module and may include a first plate and a second plate arranged in opposed facing relation to one another. A plurality of flow passages may be formed between the first and second plates, the plurality of flow passages including at least one multipass fluid flow passage with at least three longitudinally-extending legs.
Heat Exchanger
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a heat exchanger, including: at least three heat exchange tube groups, herein the heat exchange tube groups are communicated in sequence, and at least two heat exchange tube groups are superposed mutually along a direction in which a heat exchange airflow flows, a medium sequentially flows through each heat exchange tube group and forms a U-shaped trajectory; an intermediate adapter portion, herein at least two heat exchange tube groups are communicated with each other by means of the intermediate adapter portion, the intermediate adapter portion includes at least two adapters and an adapter tube communicated with the two adjacent adapters, herein the adapter is composed of a first plate and a second plate, the adapter tube is an extrusion-formed flat tube, and a width direction of the adapter tube is perpendicular to a width direction of the heat exchange tube groups.
HEAT EXCHANGER
The heat exchanger includes a first heat-exchange portion and a second heat-exchange portion. The first heat-exchange portion includes a first header tank having an inflow portion through which the heat medium flows into the first heat-exchange portion. The second heat-exchange portion includes a second header tank having an outflow portion through which the heat medium flows out of the second heat-exchange portion. The first header tank and the second header tank are connected to each other via a connecting portion. The connecting portion has a slit passing through the connecting portion.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes a heat transfer portion configured as a heat exchange flow path and an inlet/outlet formation portion provided with an inlet/outlet. The heat transfer portion includes a hollow interior portion. An interior of the inlet/outlet formation portion is connected to the heat exchange flow path. Heat exchange is performed between the medium passing through the heat exchange flow path and a heat exchange target member arranged on an outer surface of the heat transfer portion. At least a part of the outer surface of the heat transfer portion is configured by a coating sheet formed of a laminate material in which a resin coating layer is provided on at least one surface side of a metal heat transfer layer. An external thickness of the inlet/outlet formation portion is formed to be thicker than an external thickness of the heat transfer portion.
DEVICE FOR THERMAL REGULATION OF AT LEAST ONE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
The invention relates to a device for thermal regulation of at least one electronic component, including at least two circulation conduits of a heat transfer fluid, arranged along a stacking axis, and at least one heat transfer fluid manifold in fluidic communication with the circulation conduits. The heat transfer fluid manifold includes at least two fluidic connection portions, respectively assembled at one end of a corresponding circulation conduit and having, respectively, at least one collar bordering an orifice, and at least one hollow connector interposed between two fluidic connection portions along the stacking axis, and having two opposite end sections, slidably mounted inside the collars of two facing fluidic connection portions.
