A triple-barrel firearm includes three barrels in a triangular array mounted on a rear stock. The rear stock is connected to the firearm rearward of the firearm's trigger assembly by a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly in turn, includes a locking member and a manually-activatable release member whereby the rear stock can be pivoted between a first “fire ready” position distal with respect to the trigger assembly and a second “storage” position proximal with respect to the trigger assembly. The locking member automatically locks the rear stock in the first position or the second position. The release member unlocks the locking member upon manual activation thereof to enable pivoting of the rear stock from the first position to the second position or vice versa. The rear stock further includes an opening for a retainer for firearm accessories.

DOUBLE-BARRELED LETHAL OR NON-LETHAL SELECTABLE FIREARM
20170299308 · 2017-10-19 ·

A double-barreled firearm having a slide having a slide body, a first barrel, a second barrel in parallel with first barrel, a firing chamber having a first firing chamber and having a second firing chamber and a mechanism for firing only one chamber thereof. The mechanism has a selector switch having a selector switch channel, two feed bar assemblies, two extractor assemblies and a retainer. The selector rod has a proximal end, a distal end and a feed bar notch. The distal end is in rotational communication with the firing chamber. The proximal end engages with the selector switch channel such that when the selector switch is pushed from side to side, the proximal end travels along the selector switch channel causing selector rod to rotate. The two feed bar assemblies are in communication with the feed bar notch of the selector rod. Each of the two feed bar assemblies have a feed bar face. The two extractor assemblies are in communication with the selector rod. Each of the extractor assemblies has an extractor claw and a claw pushrod. A linkage is in communication with each of the claw push rods. The retainer is in communication with the distal end of the selector rod and with the firing chamber.

Cocking and percussion mechanism for single-trigger dual launchers and weapons equipped therewith

A mechanical device for cocking and percussion for single-trigger individual weapon and two barrels, which are plain or striped, juxtaposed or superimposed and weapons using such device are provided. The device is intended for defense weapons that use two center-fire or annular firing barrels or tubes using mechanical energy to initiate a pyrotechnic primer. It uses the action of the trigger on a single ratchet, attached to a gearwheel and an action piece on the hammer; this action is made alternative by a duplication of this gear wheel and action piece, one being driven by the other in rotation so that the actions on one or the other barrels are alternative. The weapon equipped with such a device can be equipped with an associated additional device that allows the visualization of the active barrel as well as the change of barrel that will fire the next shot.
