Single-point munition arming interface
A single-point munition arming interface provides a more efficient approach to arming a canister-based munition. The single-point munition arming interface interfaces with electrically-initiated canister-based munitions. The arming interface locks and arms munitions in a baseplate system before initiation. The single-point munition arming interface includes a feature for removing the first safety in the munitions safe and arm device which is actuated upon insertion of the munition into the interface. The second step in the procedure is a user action which simultaneously locks the munition to the interface and completes the arming sequence by using a single mechanism to achieve both essential motions. The arming interface can be mechanically or electrically actuated allowing for remote activation which increases operator safety.
Mortar weapon
The invention relates to a combination mortar weapon (1) with a base (4) and mortar barrel (12). A frame (7) with a receiving area (8) for receiving an additional base (10) is attached to the base (4). The base (4) belongs to a standard mortar (2) and the additional base (10) belongs to a commando mortar (3). The mortar barrel (12) is secured to the additional base (10) of the commando mortar (3). The mortar barrel (12) is used by the standard mortar (2) and by the commando mortar (3). The connection between the base (4) of the standard mortar (2) and the base (10) of the commando motor (3) is produced at least by a rapid-action closure (11). The frame (7) comprises an arm (13), to which a monopod (14) is attached as the support device and for the purpose of elevating the mortar barrel (12).

Dual and omnidirectional base plate for mortar carrier vehicles
A dual and omnidirectional mortar base plate to be used in mortar carrier vehicles comprising a bottom base plate coupled to a mortar and a top base plate; wherein the dual base plate is adapted to move along a movement path from a resting position, associated with a position for movement of the vehicle, towards a work position associated with a firing position for the mortar, and vice versa. Likewise the dual base plate has elements for fast stowage in the mortar carrier vehicle. The dual base plate consists of a bottom base plate, a top base plate, and connection and repositioning elements between the two to facilitate the transfer of the forces generated by said firing to the ground, isolating the mortar carrier vehicle from the forces generated by firing the mortar. Truncated cone shaped hoppers allow the bottom plate to move in any direction in which the mortar is fired.
