The flap portion is positionable under a mattress of a bed, and the hanging portion is adaptable to hanging downwardly along the side of the bed. Belly band with a structurally reinforced holster pocket

A belly band that is configured to be worn by, and secured around a waist of, a person is disclosed. The belly band is particularly configured to carry and conceal a firearm around the person's waist. The belly band includes a flexible band that secures the belly band to a person's waist. The belly band further includes a pocket this is integrally formed with or connected to the front side, with the pocket being configured to receive and hold a rigid firearm holster. In addition, the pocket of the belly band includes a top edge that is structurally reinforced (to assist in holding and stabilizing the rigid firearm holster and, particularly, to receive the clips of such holsters that are normally secured to traditional belts). Still further, the belly band includes an attachment means that is configured to reversibly connect the belly band to a person's waist.

Adjustable Clip

Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide an adjustable clip that may be adjusted in overall length. The adjustable clip includes an upper clip portion and a lower clip portion, which are moveably coupled to each other. An actuator is included to set the overall length of the adjustable clip, and to prevent the upper clip portion and the lower clip portion from moving with respect to each other unintentionally, when the length is set. The clip length can be user-adjusted in the field if desired.

FIREARM HOLSTER

A firearm holster for securely enclosing a firearm is provided. A spring biased triggering lever is pivotally secured to the holster. A slider attached to the firearm holster slides on the slider base from a locked position to an unlocked position upon pressing the triggering lever. A spring-biased resettable drop lock is pivotally connected to a resettable drop lock mount attached to the holster and extends into an ejection port of a firearm secured in the firearm holster. The resettable drop lock pivots out of the ejection port of the firearm in the firearm holster by contact with the slider as the slider moves from a locked position into an unlocked position. A secondary lock includes a helical lock shaft disposed within a secondary lock body and extends from the lock body to rotate a secondary lock from a locked position to an unlocked position.

Firearm release apparatus

A firearm release apparatus comprises a carriage with a rail that supports an end block fixed to a proximal end of the rail and adapted to releasably nest with the hammer end of a handgun. At least one spring member joins the proximal end block to a distal block that is adapted to cup the barrel end of a handgun. The gap width between the proximal end block and the distal end block is adjustable because the distal block is movable away from or toward the proximal end block depending on the tension applied to the at least one spring member. A handgun is mountable between the end blocks. A spring exerts force against an end of the rail such that when triggered, the carriage is ejected from an enclosure and the handgun is presented to a user in a ready state where the handgun grip is circumferentially free of obstructions.

A magazine holster is a unitary body that includes an inner cavity configured to receive a magazine. A firearm holster that is a unitary body that includes an inner cavity configured to receive a firearm. The inner cavity includes a first end and a second end opposite of the first end. The holster includes a first opening into the inner cavity adjacent to the second end of the unitary body and a second opening into the inner cavity adjacent to the second end of the unitary body. The firearm holster includes an internal shoulder positioned within the inner cavity. The unitary body selectively retains a firearm positioned within the inner cavity as a force is applied to the firearm by the internal shoulder. The holster may be an elastomer, a thermoplastic elastomer, ethylene vinyl acetate, rubber, silicon, or a combination thereof. The holster may be comprised of ethyl vinyl acetate.

Holster having a removable lockout element

A holster for a handgun, having at least some of an at least partial cavity; a lever having a thumb button portion and an engagement portion, wherein the lever includes a locking projection extending from at least a portion of the engagement portion, wherein the lever is pivotally attached or coupled to at least a portion of the holster, approximately between the thumb button portion and the engagement portion; and a lockout element, wherein at least a portion of the lockout element is positionable to block movement of the lever to keep the lever from being pivoted to a disengaged position.

Holster system with removable sight cover

A holster system for receiving and releasably retaining a handgun with or without a reflex sight mounted thereon. The holster body comprises a pair of opposing side wall portions and an upper wall portion. The holster body may define a rear accessory sight opening for receiving the handgun with the reflex sight attached thereto. The holster system may include a first rear sight cover selectively and robustly coupleable to the holster body so as to cover the rear accessory sight opening when a handgun with conventional sights extending upwardly about ⅜ of an inch or less mounted thereto is used in conjunction with the holster system. The holster system may also include a second rear sight cover selectively coupleable to the holster body so as to cover the sight opening when a handgun with a reflex sight mounted thereto is used in conjunction with the holster system.

Holster with bendable strap

An assembly for holding an item includes a bendable strap. A base plate is secured at one end of the bendable strap. The base plate includes a plurality of openings therethrough. Each of the openings has a larger diameter portion and a smaller diameter portion. A clip is secured to the openings in the base plate. A holster or other item may be secured to the clip.
